My daughter and I stayed for one night at this amazing hotel. The owners are super helpful and the bedroom was absolutely beautiful. I parked my car there for the duration of our holiday, on our return I had two flat tyres, the owner stepped in and helped me ensure my car was ok to drive to the nearest garage. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, clean, amazing rooms and helpful, kind owners. Thank you so much!

Wow what a beautiful place this is. Situated in a vineyard with beautiful grounds. The room was very well equipped with a kitchen, lovely bathroom and lounge, a very comfy bed and the most beautiful views overlooking the countryside. Plenty of parking space too. just wow!

Be careful folks. This hotel gives out random parking fines to legitimate, registered guests. Rung up to complain and front desk were obviously used to the issue. Although the fine was cancelled straight away, should not have been sent in the first place!

Stopped for dinner en route to Bristol airport. Hadn't booked a table but we were warmly welcomed. It was early evening & the restaurant soon filled up, with customers without bookings having to be turned away, so we'd probably pre-book next time. Service was very friendly & attentive. Food arrived quite quickly and was fresh & delicious. Would definitely recommend and return. Thank you!

Hillcroft Accommodation Bristol Airport, enjoys a superb location just 1 mile away from Bristol airport, making us ideally situated for travellers heading to and from their holidays. Although we are the closest accommodation on the South side of Bristol Airport, we are not in the flight path and there is no noise from aircraft - so you can get a great nights rest!
Booked for 5 Adults. Arrived at 4.30am to no bedding for sofa bed. Even though had specifically booked this and emailed a couple of days before to confirm. No bin bags so unable to throw any rubbish away. Emailed to complain and no response from management.

Clean comfortable and affordable accomodation just 1 mile from Bristol airport . All rooms have en-suite shower rooms , 32 inch TV , towels , free WIFI and complementary refreshments tray. Free parking whilst in residence and silver Zone parking just 2 minutes away .
My Husband and I had two booking with Apple Tree House and unfortunately as the Corona Crisis lockdown was on we couldn’t go. (Which is understandable). What I did think was that the owners would just take half the money as we paid in full some weeks before. I also do appreciate that they are losing money over the situation but i am also self employed and will be one of the last lot of people to go back to work. I also do realise that Is was non refundable but as the situation was out of our hands we could come to a compromise. Maybe when we get back to normal and have to fly from Bristol again we might get a discount.

We used 1 Ashford Rd Guesthouse for parking and one nights stay for a 10 day break to Zante. We found the parking convenient and well managed and secure. The accommodation for a nights stay on our return was excellent, very clean well presented and just what we needed for a good sleep before returning to Plymouth. The drop off and pick up to and from Bristol Airport was excellent and we found the owners charming and easy to deal with. We also thought the price of this was very reasonable, all in all very satisfied.

Stayed in the shepherds hut 3 times now and enjoyed every time, all times I have stayed for one night before using Bristol airport. Great staff, very responsive and can’t do enough. Breakfast hamper provided, hot drinks, water towels etc. All what you need :-) cannot wait to come back to stay in the summer and stay again in the shepherds hut! This time using the bbq also provided. Highly recommend ??

Positives include spacious rooms with heated floors and ensuite bathrooms with each bedroom. Comes with complementary towels and hand wash/lotion as well as some breakfast items including milk and cereal. The lounge was spacious too. Negatives include very patchy wifi making if difficult to get anything done work-wise (I was staying here for work purposes). Forget watching anything on Netflix, I couldn't even get my emails up! The shower head was also not brilliant, drizzling water out in some areas and not in others but the temperature was spot on. The TV's also aren't set up in any of the rooms so as I say in the subject header, great place to disconnect with rubbish wifi and no TV set up. The kitchen was also very cold and I couldn't work out how to turn the heating on in there. The place could also do with better instructions. The ones I had said it hasn't been cold enough for the hearing to be on. It's winter. They also had two different instructions for the wifi, neither of which were correct. I would probably go as far as to say most positives were outweighed by the fact the wifi didnt work and the TV's werent set up. When you come away on business, wifi is crucial to getting work done. Very clean place and nicely decorated so it does get an average from me. Just bummed out about the connectivity problems and vague instructions.
