Find out what Seafood restaurants to try in Dahab. This former Bedouin fishing village is now a popular tourist destination—especially for serious windsurfers, who'll find some of the best conditions in the world off Dahab's beaches. Long known as a laid-back, backpacker-friendly town, Dahab is becoming more developed, yet retains a casual vibe. Finally, Dahab is also home to the Blue Hole, the world's most dangerous dive site. Only very experienced technical divers should attempt passage through "The Arch" here; if you're a novice diver, stay close to the surface. Off the main drag in Dahab, but well worth a visit. You select your fish at the ice counter, and pay by weight. Much fresher, and much better value than the seafront restaurants. Rice, fries, vegetables, soup and mezze starter are all thrown in for the co
Nice selection of fresh fish. Well cooked. Seating area is airconditioned but they allow smoking!!! Taxes and service are added to the bill. You will not get any print out or receipt .. Many waterfront restaurants are much cheaper, without extra charges and they include even rice, salad.I feel I was cheated and overcharged.

One of the main restuarants on the promenade in Dahab. Just over the bridge and next door but 2 or 3 to Ali Baba.
Located on the main strip, near the footbridge, Aladdinâs menu is varied. I ordered the seafood place twice. The first time it was delicious. The second, not long before their closing time, the food preparation was much worse and the service inattentive. I would still recommend this place for dinner, however go earlier in the evening to avoid disappointment.

Location right on the bay...feel the night air. Food quality is very good....fresh ingredients, especially the seafood. Service is excellent from friendly staff...want it...they'll get it. Went back 4 nights in a row, even if to drink a beer (or two) and chill out on the awesome music and scenery.

Food selection is quite vast....can recommend the mixed grill in which we indulged during our first visit. On the second visit, I experienced the seafood soup (as a main course)...absolutely bloody marvelous! Don't believe it can be beaten. Alternatively, the pasta also comes highly recommended. Service is very good & the waiters are focused on customer service. However, be warned....the 'dabs' served before the main meal (included in the price) i.e.flatbreads with baba ghanoush, hummus, tomato salad etc. are plentiful and this will fill you quickly leaving little space for mains.

Good for: Child-friendly, Romantic, Groups, Business, Local cuisine Excellent, Entertaining clients, Cheap EatsDining options Brunch, lunch, dinner, booking, until last night
Opted for whole fish. Was offered a choice of white snapper or 'salmon' (not sure if I heard right) for dinner. Chose salmon, but got the snapper - no complaints. Vital to ensure price of fish before ordering...could get a nasty surprise when the check comes. Lured inside by beer costing LE25 - a bargain. Starters are plenty and includes Meze type foods. Fish fed 4 people very comfortably, with sizable portion leftover (too full to eat any more). View from restaurant across the bay is quite spectacular.

I don't even know where to begin.. Unfortunately, somebody at the hotel recommended this place for us upon arriving to Dahab, and we decided to try it although it isnt our first time in the city, but is was the worst experience everSeafood was served after almost 80 minutes, even the salads and appetizers were served with the main dishes And to make matters even worse, grilled fish and shrimps tasted awful, fried calamari was okay, and even the watermelon was blandFood is very overpriced and the waiters were very uncaring and kept procrastinating when it came to serving the foodThis place was unbearable so we decided to leave before even having our complementary tea My 5 friends and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Ali Baba Restaurant is set on Dahabâs sea front, overlooking the Red Sea and Masbat Bay. The restaurant offers a range of local fresh seafood, barbeque and steakhouse as well as lighter bites and breakfast. Steaming hot homemade pita bread and mezze comes
Highly attentive and friendly staff, very tasty food, big portion, a lovely deco. THe mango fruit juice and milkshake have lots of fresh fruit in it! Highly recommended! Probably one of the best restaurants along the seafront which I have tried over a course of a 7 day trip.

Shark Restaurant Dahab. Cooking with Love. Serving with a Smile!
A very nice place with wonderful cheerful decoration..Friendly staff and excellent service..Rich seafood menu with a very good taste..But very expensive and nearly overpriced either for seafood or for being in Dahab as other places serve excellent food with more reasonable prices

Our cuisine hosts many master chefs who enjoy and perfect the salient dishes we serve. Trust my word. Even our sous chefs are incomparable in their job. It is our strategy that your taste be satisfied. Lindy's Pantry and Restaurant enjoys the best of view
Iân been here two times now and have orderd the; chicken cordon bleu, chicken stroganof, banana split and a fruit salade and also a couple of fruit juices. The chicken was nice and tender and the fruit was fresh. Everything tasted great, and the service was quick and friendly. As a solo traveler I liked that they also took the time to have some small talk. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone dining solo or as a couple!
