Reviewed By 784lesleywRecently stayed overnight and the hotel was lovely. Receptionist was a friendly and helpful guy. The room was extremely clean and the temperature was great - I usually find rooms too hot or cold , so this is important to me . The bed was comfy!

One was crawling accross the table just before we ate and then another was crawling up my leg while I was eating. Not one staff member could be found when needed. It was literally like we were the only people in the entire hotel. We did not see any other guests, parking lot was empty, and no staff whatsoever. At checkout i waited at the front desk for 15 minutes rinigng the bell and using the lobby phone waiting for someone to help me because I wanted to tell someone about our room. No one could be found. I was yelling hello hello is anyone here in the lobby and no answer. I finally started going up to the second and third floor still yelling hello is anyone here and still no answer from anyone. I ended up finding a cleaning lady who told me that she also had no idea where the owner lady went. I ended up having to give her my room key (yes and actual key not a card) and we left. About an hour or so later the owner lady called my cell phone and demanded to know where the room key was. I told her about the checkout experience and that I left the key with the cleaning lady. She said ok and basically hung up the phone. There are many other options in this area. I would give this hotel zero stars if I could.

Reviewed By johnsY1125VCThe coffee pot would not work in the room. Morning coffee from the breakfast room had no coffee cream. Very disappointing. You'd think they might have replaced our pot. Having a microwave in the room would have allowed us to make our own coffee.

Good cheap overnight stay
Reviewed By Ephraim YRooms were very clean and tub was in very good condition. Front desk lady was very friendly. My wife enjoyed the free continental breakfast thoroughly. There was a lot of variety for breakfast options (muffins, different cereals, yogurt, cinnamon buns, bagels, oatmeal, strudel, hard boiled egg, bananas, apples and orange juice/apple juice). Waffle iron was out of service.

Reviewed By Ken WThe room were filthy, sheets stained and towels dirty. The front desk attendant was very helpful, but limited in what she was able to do. Replacement sheets were worse than the originals. Was interesting to see all of the warnings against smoking pot on the premises while watching the hobos grooming the pot plants in the van parked next to our room.

Needed some help for kids at middle of the night and staff were there to help us in the situation. Kudos to management for this nicely managed hotel.
