We enjoyed our lunch at Rasila. The restaurant was quiet, the service was great and the food was freshly prepared if not a bit too mild for our taste. It took us awhile to figure out how to get Indian waiters to serve us, as Westerners, spicy food. The prices seemed right for this type of restaurant.

The staff here were reasonable but the food was overpriced and servings were limited. Normally, I have felt very satiated after a meal in most restaurants but this was not the case here.

I usually go for a mouthful of traditional Indian food and a chai when I'm in Manadawa at the Junction....which I've been told was originally designed as a back drop for performing dancers and other sesual entertainment.Really the reason for my enjoying this lovely destination is that it looks down on the surrounding properties. These locals are dyers,,,,, All around are dyers. One can see roof tops filled with hundreds of blue or red or any colour imaginable cloth or garments....all hung out in the blazing sun and regularly inspected for blemishes or streaks. It is a lovely place to relax in the breeze but get up and look down....These are free extras..........

food"Fantastic food..ask for medium spicy and not spicy if you do not intend to spend on dessert..which too btw was delicious..must go..this place is better than any other Indian food I have had in this area. The food services is fast and make delicious food . The staff is very friendly and the owner tej pratap singh has good conversations with us and provides good services... Everything is available with hygiene and the Restaurant is clean .. We were visited one time in Monica rooftop restaurant their service is very bad and bad behaviour with their customers and nothing is available which we ordered and the price is too high as compare to the food.. No sense of using spices and without hygiene their utensils was very dairty... I suggest to avoid Monica rooftop restuarant because this is not hygiene and harmful for health too..

A surprise awaits you as you reach the roof.......absolutely no atmosphere, and, once seated, NO view! You are on the concrete roof, surrounded by a 4 foot high concrete wall, sitting at a completely bare table. No effort has been made to give any semblance of ambiance. The food may be good, but my friend and I, sitting alone up there, felt disappointed and ordered only coffee, (it was good), and we left.
