AWFUL - Stinky, Smokey Rooms
Reviewed By CarolynRC10MY ROOM STUNK. I didn't even realize hotels still had smoking rooms. My room smelled terrible, I couldn't stand being in it for one minute. Before turning around and walking out, I happen to notice a hole in the comforter. That's all I remember seeing because it smelled so bad, I turned around left immediately. I went back to the front desk and asked for nonsmoking. When I entered the non-smoking room, it smelled just as bad. I had to go back to the front desk and just cancel my room. I wanted to like it since it is a lower priced option near Radford University, but I will never stay there. I will say the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and cancelled my reservation right away. Too bad the rooms aren't anywhere near as nice as the staff.

Reviewed By Barbara LWe were here for daughters graduation. This place is a dump. Had two rooms. Both bathrooms were dirty. One of the beds had hair all in the sheets. Do not recommend this place. Emergency door was blocked. Both nights we came in and the front desk was not attended. Didn’t feel safe.
