Find out what International restaurants to try in Rabat. Morocco's coastal capital since 1912, Rabat has just over a million people. Modern and even reserved by Moroccan standards, the city also has many fascinating historic sites, including the picturesque Kasbah of the Udayas, built in the mid-12th century. The unique Hassan Tower, begun at the end of the 12th century, was meant to have the world's largest minaret, but was never completed. Just opposite the tower lies the 20th-century Mausoleum of Mohammed V, another of the city's main attractions.

The experience at Le Georges was good: friendly & attentive staff, modern design, refreshing virgin Piña Colada, clean bathroom. Besides, I loved the jazz music played by the quartett of lead guitarist Tarik Hilal. I believe he plays his own creations as well as jazzy covers of classic Arab songs. What a delight! However, I was disappointed how minimalist the âplat végétarienâ was vs. its price! a small dish of risotto in the middle, surrounded by few bits of carrot and zucchini with few pieces of cherry tomatoes at 150dh! Plus, there was no mention of the ingredients on the menu. I shared my feedback with the waiter who was understandable and suggested me a replacement dish of my choice. The âCroquettes maisonâ were made of fish, smooth in the mouth and very tasty with the sauce. The birthday service was excellent, the staff managed to celebrate and serve the cake to each one of us (we were 16!).Tip: Parking might be a challenge in the streets nearby; the volume is a bit high on the front left table, the birthday service costs 20dh/pers.

Le Safran restaurant at Villa Diyafa incorporates international cuisine and moroccan delights. Fine meat cuts and fresh seasonable vegetables from the region are prepared daily for your culinary experience. Small, refined ambiance, serving inside or on th
We had an excellent dinner at Villa Diyafa. The restaurant is located in a beautiful boutique hotel in the Diplomatic Quarter of Rabat. There is indoor and outdoor seating, the interior having a more elegant feel, while the outdoor patio is more relaxed, and perhaps better for smokers. Very attentive staff, and we enjoyed chatting with the manager who came over to welcome us.I had the foie gras and scallops, both of which were excellent, and my family enjoyed the salmon with ginger and honey, cornish hen and lamb tagine, which they all enjoyed. Dessert (molten chocolate) was delish! After dinner we walked in the beautiful gardens. A great night!Dear guest,Thank you very much for taking the time to share this lovely and detailed review about your recent visit to our restaurant. We are very glad to read that your visit went beyond your expectations and that you enjoyed every part of your dining experience. We hope you will have the opportunity to discover more about our lovely property during your next trip to Rabat! You will always be welcome.

I went there on a Thursday, there were only few people but there was an excellent live music group playing spanish / flamenco songs. Happy hour lasted until 10p which is great. We ordered seafood pizza and "magret de canard", and both were delicious. The ambiance is cozy, great service, good prices. I keep good memories, so I recommend.

Unwind at a contemporary Rabat restaurant inspired by a French brasserie. Light bathes the terrace with views of the garden and soaring palm trees. Seated at a cherry-red dining chair, taste Mediterranean dishes and sip fine Bordeaux.

Mediterranean cuisine, large choice of cocktails, local and foreign wine. Modern atmosphere. Live jazz, fusion and world music every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday starting at 9 p.m. Occasional jam sessions. Literature café once a month on a Thursday.
We walked for 30 minutes to find this restaurant and when we walked in it was like a time warp. Everyone was smoking. Ugh. We asked to be seated in a non smoking area, but the smokers were everywhere! However, we hadnât eaten salad greens in 3 weeks of traveling through Morocco. We gave in and each ordered a salad and then shared the fish soup. It was like heaven. Iâm praying that we stay healthy! Oh my, the salads were delicious and the soup was out of this world. I would have loved dessert but by this point the smoke was overwhelming. My clothes and hair stink. So sad to have a beautiful meal ruined by the smoke.

Ty Potes was very close to our hotel and when we arrived we wanted to sit on the gorgeous terrace but it was fully booked! We sat inside and had a great meal, the cold cuts & cheese plate was top quality, the oysters were also good! Thank you very much for your comment
