Reviews on Spanish food in Cozumel, Quintana Roo, Mexico. One of the top diving destinations in the world for its bright storybook coral reefs, the island of Cozumel is also home to a variety of natural beaches. Choose a beach with soft white sand for relaxing, or snorkel off a rockier vista. A destination for both adventure and romance, Cozumel has a year-round Caribbean climate, untrammeled jungle and abundant nightlife.

Utterly loved Las Palmitas. Yummy food, and really lovely staff. Our dive-master recommended it for poc-chuc. Fed four of us for lunch for $20, including tip. Felt like a real local spot.

We are a restaurant in downtown Cozumel half a block from the beach with homemade uruguayan dishes. Fresh pasta, FAMOUS PAELLA, homemade bread Good place to see different sporting events or spend a romantic night together! Excellent atmosphere, our staff
The menu is a simple one, but don't be fooled by the simplicity. Each item we ordered was great quality & cooked beautifully . The hostess/ cook/ owner is very friendly & accommodating....she even tolerated my bad spanish. We had 2 dinners there because the meals were so good

We opened La Rumba to offer a place with true Latin flavor that is free of touristy gimmicks. We love Mexico and the culture of Latin America and aim to share that through food, drink and quality live music. A good day for us is to have a mix of clientele
Not sure what happened, but we used to go there to see Jesus Alejandro Perez one of the best cuban singers anywhere. He is no longer there, so disappointing. Angel is great, but he and Jesus were wonderful together.Hi. We always appreciate reviews, both positive and critical. The critical reviews are great for helping us to make improvements. However, giving a low star review with such a negative title based only on the fact that one musician is no longer present only serves to harm our business and all the hard work we have done to get this far. We adore Jesus and his talent is unquestionable. He currently has other responsibilities in his career and so cannot currently be with us. Angel and the other musicians are top notch and share their music and their love for what they do. It is really a shame to not only write off a place that you once loved but to also feel the need to cause it harm with this kind of unhelpful review.

We (Mom/daughter) visited this restaurant on Valentines Day and werenât disappointed. It was an authentic Mexican meal. Very inexpensive and delicious. Our server was very pleasant and helped us differentiate between the beer choices. Itâs plastic chairs and long tables so not meant for long dining. We truly enjoyed it even though itâs off the beaten track.

Come experience the most delicious fusion of flavors from our Mexican & Caribbean spicy kitchen at Paprika as you enjoy a view like no other of the world famous Caribbean Sea of Cozumel...
I usually don't go to restaurants near the cruise ship ports but I made an exception after reading great reviews. I was not disappointed! The food was great and the service was outstanding! I especially liked the sauces. I made a Youtube video at "thewrightsights" so if you want to see what it is like before you go check it out!

Extraordinary Mexican food and awesome Margaritas are served graciously at the lush patio of one of Cozumel's most beautiful colonial buildings, amidst splashing fountains and tasteful decor. When you visit Pancho's Backyard don't forget to bring your cam
We went here in the late afternoon for a drink and appetizers before getting back on the ship. We had chicken nachos, which were very good and a generous portion. My husband had a banana margarita made with fresh bananas that he loved! I had a pina colada that was very good as well. We also had a dessert, bananas sauted with orange liquor and vanilla ice cream that was wonderful. Overall a beautiful restaurant right on the water and very close to the Carnival dock.

Los Otates has an ideal location, just 3.5 blocks from the ocean, and walking distance to the central plaza and ferry pier.
I have been going here for years, and they are very consistent. They are well known for their "Gringas" tacos, and Posole. Our waiter had a tough time with English and forgot a few things, but a quick reminder and they took care of everything. The seating here is not enclosed in a building, and depending on weather and season one might want to bring some mosquito repellent. There is usually parking on site in the lot next to the restaurant. I would recommend their Gringas, Posole, and guacamole which is always made to order.

Ate at el Moro July 2019, recommendation from dive shop restaurant list, this restaurant was away from the main tourist drag and well worth the walk. The restaurant is family owned/run and waitstaff was great. Had mole chicken enchiladas and the mole sauce was probably the best I have ever had. The restaurant was a bit hot being not air conditioned. This is a good example of how some of the best food is not in the typical tourist trap places, please check this out if you like authentic Mexican food!

Enjoy real mexican food, we have mexican fast food like tacos, burritos, quesadillas, guacamole, nachos, etc. We also have delicious mexican main dishes like Chile relleno, fajitas, shrimps, soups, etc. Have your food with a national beer or tequila!! We
I forgot to take pictures of the food but my husband and I came here twice on our day trip to Cozumel because it was place that seemed to be the least touristy and the most authentic. If you want an experience just like you would get in the United States then go to Woodyâs down the street, but if you came to Mexico to eat real Mexican food then this is the place. Thank you for giving us two wonderful experiences and staying authentic! Get the combo fajitas they were simple but delicious! That's awesome, we really appreciate it! thank you so much for sharing your experience and recommending, also por your preference <3
