I cannot give the staff at tatewari enough praise! If Isreal is working make sure to ask for him! He will hook you up with the best of tulum! The food was out of this world. Make sure to get the tuna starter. YUMMM. You feel at home at tatewari and that truly makes it stand out here in tulum! Whilst visiting Brew Tulum for a coffee (closed unfortunately at the time) we sat for cocktails and snack. Service is super friendly (thanks Oscar!), everyone is warm and friendly. Good selection of wines and spirits here and the duck tostadas were delicious, equally moreish were the complimentary tortilla chips with mole and an epic spicy habanero. What can I say? If you want the most amazing tacos, hit up this place. When in Tulum this is the place to be. Their ceviche [both the fish & the veggie] was absolutely incredible. We had dinner here on the last night of our holiday. The restaurant is designed very nicely with views on the open kitchen. The food is really amazing and the staff can explain the menu very well. Together with the personal attention of the staff, we had a great night out.Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. This place is not the most inviting or appealing at first glance. So much so that on our first attempt to visit, we ended up walking passed and going somewhere else because it was deserted and looked like a food poisoning situation. In hindsight that was definitely a mistake.After getting hungry ond afternoon and after looking at some reviews, we decided to chance it and weren't disappointed. Ice cold beer and cheap tasty tacos with lots of options for fillings. Served with different sauces of differing spiciness as well as extras that you can add to personal taste.The only thing missing was some fresh lime which would have made them perfect. Alexis ensure a spot on service for us, starting with giving us moscito spray. He was attentive throughout the whole meal, excellent! The Parmesan bread was amazing. Great steak and good empanada. The Carajllo was a good dessert/ drink.This is a party restaurant, so if you like it quite this is not the place to be and the prices are a bit stiff.Hello, thank you very much for taking the time to write us, we are very pleased to know that you were able to share such a pleasant moment with us. Went here for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the Ceviche and my boyfriend had a tacos which was great! Reasonable prices and they even offered us a chilli cherry Tequila drink on the house! Very friendly staff- I highly recommend this place and hope to go again myself!

We were absolutely delighted by this experience. It was such a unique concept as we had never come across such a tour. Itâs kinda like a tour and a dinner combined. Our guide Riaz was the life of the party and gave such interesting information and insight. Really recommendable doing this.

Swam around and baked in the sun all day and when I thought it couldnât get better, had some of the most deLICIOUS drinks by the hotter-than-sand-and-sun Virginia. Total babe, badass bartender, and some of the best cocktails Iâve ever had. 10/10 recommend, will probably stalk this lil pop-up wherever it goes now.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary dinner here based on the high TripAdvisor ranking...and it did not disappoint. Coming during the low season, we didn't have to worry about a reservation, and were warmly welcomed in. The tuna appetizer was amazing, and the cocktails (though pricey) were fresh and delicious. While I got the whitefish - which was very good - my wife got the spare rib, which was incredible. Just a great dining experience.Thank you for your comments, we are glad you enjoyed your experience at BAL NAK'.
