Hospitality and amazing flavors. A funky roadside spot with a varied menu. The housemade tamarind sauce/salsa is one of the best salsas ever. Open late. Super reasonable prices. Crepes for breakfast!! donât be fooled by the very modest accommodation. Itâs a gem!!!

Most restaurants on the Malecon only think serving cruise ship guests and close in the evening! This restaurant is open and serve outstanding food! Not only Mexican, also international. Most fish oriented! MUST TRY: Tuna Tortilla!!!

This restaurant is located with Kabah na eco cabanas. It is all ocean front and toes in the sand kind of place. We had camerones which came with salad and rice. Also antipasta it was one of our best meals during our 13 day stay in Mahahual. The garlic oil and bread was also over the top.

We have been to Mahahual several times and always stop by this restaurant for pizza. The restaurant is located in the new La Quinta Del Sol hotel at the entrance to Mahahual proper...(Next to Senor Frogs ).The restaurant overlooks and is open to the malecon and the beach. It is tasteful , modern and clean with some great jazz and Cool European music playing in the background.This hands down is the Best Pizza we have ever tasted..... It's in a league all of it's own...!!!! The Shrimp pizza is outstanding.....Fresh large shrimp in a tomato garlic sauce with a sprinkle of oregano and cheese on a wood oven thin baked crust....Heaven...Actually any meal we have ordered including the pasta has been excellent. The service have always been attentive and very friendly. The prices are reasonable 10 to 12 dollars a pizza....Pizza at La Quinta... Now That's....... "Amore"...Enjoy

The food was very nice The two times me & my family had breakfast there it was amazing. Miss Manuela along with her cook were very friendly to us I had pancakes for both days different servings & it was yummy! Overall a great restaurant.

What a great meal! Love the location on the boardwalk, so fun to eat excellent fish tacos while people watching! We ordered pico de gallo and chips to start, made super fresh and delicious. Then it was fish tacos for both of us, so delicious we donât share but devour them all. The corn tortillas are so fresh, so light and delicate they are like tender pastry, and the guacamole was made while we waited. Absolutely divine. Our server was Lorenzo, great service, very friendly and helpful. We love eating here!

To me a nice glass of wine is essential in an Italian restaurant.So, I was a little disappointed to find out that the only wine option was house wine with no name. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. The wine was good enough that after tasting mine, the others ordered wine as well.

We walked down to Luna de Plata from Caballo Blanco Hotel for dinner. The atmosphere was comfortable and staff very welcoming. All courses were timely served and very tasty. We will return on future visits to this hidden dinner spot.

My wife and I spent a great beach day off our cruise ship at Pitaya . Pearla and her staff are very warm and friendly and the service is beyond improvement . The variety and quality of their food is wonderful and impressively traditional Mexican . The real deal and it was perfect . The beach is enjoyable and once you` er in the water perfect . There is some sea grass but no big deal at all . The sea floor is lumpy and bumpy and the water is crystal clear . All in all , a great day .

They have been here before and wanted to make a special trip just to go the Pizza Papiâs. We have one 11 year old and one 14 year old. The 14 year old ate a whole pizza and that is not easy. The 11 year old ate all but one slice. My husband and I can eat 1/2 of one pizza. Still the same great people, the same great service, the of course, the same great pizza. I hear that their pasta is excellent, too.!Gracias para escoger PIZZA PAPIMuchÃsimas gracias ;-)
