Situated directly on the beach and next to the archeological preserve this is a great escape. Very few amenities included; exterior shower, no AC, not even a hair dryer. This views are beautiful. My bungalow was very tight for one with an average and one small piece of luggage.

We stayed in this hotel for one night after our late arrival at the airport of Cancun. We were wiped out from the long flight but drove to the hotel easily. Upon arrival there was a little letter to us from the owner with our key, in our room (the deluxe room I think) soft 50’s-60’s music was playing, a really nice and relaxing atmosphere! We had a little mezcal with the owner once he arrived and he was super friendly. Our stay included breakfast and this was at the nearby cafe ‘por favor’: reeeallly tasty! ??

We stayed here for close to a month. Planned on a few days, then a week, then a month. We loved the fact it was slightly it of town but an easy and safe walk to get to. By being out of town it was quiet and we had our own private beach that was cleaned at daily. Our rooms were spotless. The housekeepers did not speak English but it wasn’t a problem. Their smiles and kindness went far. Each time we had our towels folded in a different design. Loved it! In the morning we bought our breakfast at the hotel and Alturo the cook would give us nice healthy portions always tweaking to keep them from being boring. Yes the hotel is not your new shiny hotel. But it was so clean it didn’t matter. There were so many good things about this place. The staff is number one. The pool was clean. The shower water was hot. The beach clean and private. Would have stayed longer if we could have. Alonzo the manger speaks English and was exceptionally helpful.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The hosts were tentative only when needed. It was super private and away from all the craziness that is the hotel district. The roads are unpaved but a small cost for such a wonderful experience and affordable place. We had a couples massage on our patio that was incredible as well. Highly recommend!

I only had a chance to stay one night at this hotel due to hurricane warning in the area. Alicia was the hostess with the mostess. She waited to greet me very late at night and gave me a tour of the property right away. She made me feel very comfortable and even offered to take me to the market the next day if I needed anything. The bed was comfortable and the room had beautiful pottery. Plush bathrobes and nice shower. The amenities and design of the property was nature meets local maya culture. Alicia makes the stay even more special. I would definitely go back to Chaca.

Volveremos.

We only came there for lunch after busting Coba. The hotel looks beautiful, very nice shop and perfumes as well. The restaurant staff is very friendly however the food is not at the level of the hotel in our opinion but great experience overall. Worth it for a quick lunch with air conditioning.
