Good service, great food and huge dishes. Typical little Thai restaurant and takeaway but it was very busy the night we were there so obviously popular. Not long to wait and very very nice.

Somehow a 3* rating becomes a poor rating on trip advisor despite it being explicitly entitled âaverageâ. Bargara Asian Cuisine is good east Asian food (mostly Chinese inspired) as found away from large east Asian communities. Dishes are well done manifestations of classic white Australian manâs Chinese dishes... but these days our East Asian communities are much stronger and larger and bolder with their foods so more authentic options are out there. We had the misfortune of arriving at 7:30pm on a Monday night (and had the good fortune to still be served a good banquet meal) but clearly staff while polite, friendly and helpful were also keen to get home.

After reading the reviews of all the indian restaurants in bundaberg and craving a curry , we decided this would be the best choice. Unfortunately, bundaberg great, isnât that great. I would say this is more of a take away standard than a restaurant as the âserviceâ was non existent. Waiters and waitresses had no conversation and no interest in how the meal was. The food was ok. Which is a shame because the decor is quirky. It was Saturday night and we were the only people in there, that says it all. We are travellers passing by, if you are too, just go straight on by.
