Things to do in Kuranda
This is a pretty new restaurant cafe. Started from humble beginnings. Improving rapidly. Colourful and friendly. Nice relaxing vibe in the heart of the old Kuranda markets. No ill chosen music here that suits the staff more than it does the cafe theme or its customersâ comfort. Gentle, laid back samba grooves while you tuck in to a variety of yummy South American dishes. Great food. Excellent vibe. First class hospitality service. And warm hearted smiles! One point off for the coffee. It was okay but a bit to go. But if the food and developing atmosphere is anything to go by. Five stars soon! Estupendo!

We visited for lunch. Coffee was great but the food left a little to be desired. The team seemed more interested in the locals than the tourists. It appears that this spot is fairly popular with the locals. However, It has great position. We sat and watched the world go by.

First the bouquet - the omelettes were delicious. We had one salmon and one ham and they were fluffy and lovely. Now the brickbat - two large coffees for $15 !!!!, whilst they were good they weren't worth $7.50 each.Hence the average ratingHi there, so glad you enjoyed the Omelettes! Our large TA coffees cost $6. Our large coffee in a mug is $5 (as clearly outlined on our Menu). Our coffee & cake deal is $7.50. It is possible our new staff member could have made a mistake on the till & overcharged you...or...I suspect you were charged the cake deal worth $7.50 but did not receive the cakes? We would have rectified this matter had you let us know on the day...as it is, we would be happy to give you free coffees on the house next time we meet. Sincere apologies!

After a busy day, and some rain, we opted for a sweet break at this lovely cafe. Churros took awhile to arrive which told us they would be fresh. And they were. The couple running the cafe were very kind and sure knew how to make a delicious churro. Thank you from Mark and Diane in Canada.

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast here with friends. The welcome was warm and friendly and we were seated quickly. The only thing we didn't realise however was that you have to go back to the front counter to order/get water for the table etc. Otherwise all was good and we enjoyed our experience. Nice coffee too!Thankyou so much for your visit and sorry for counter service, we are still a small business and it is just the best way for us to keep track of everything. Thankyou again! glad you enjoyed your visit :)
