Had a meal on a saturday night. Luckily we were tgere early as it was all booked out later on. We enjoyed the chinese selection and salt and paper squid entrees. Very yummy and plenty there.Mains were garlic prawns and the special flattie and squid. Again very generous servings and both presented well and hot. Meals were delicious. If you have young teenage boys. You will not be disappointed. If you prefer smaller servings they also had choices available. Thoroughly recommend.

My hubby and I had lunch here today ( Saturday). Hubby had the lunch rump and I had the butternut pumpkin salad. The steak was cooked to perfection with nice salad and chips and mushroom sauce. My salad was so nice, with avocado, apple, nuts, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot and of course pumpkin. The dressing on the salad was very yum as was the whole meal. The meals were of a good size and very reasonably priced.Would certainly recommend.Good Afternoon Shirl071Thanks for taking the time to review our restaurant. We are glad that you both enjoyed your lunch and I have to add "the pumpkin salad is one of my favourites". I have passed your comments onto our team as I know they love knowing about our reviews. We look forward to hosting you again soon. Again thank you for your time in providing the review, we certainly appreciate it.Warm Regards Nathan Bensted Venue ManagerThe Old Sydney Hotel

A three course roast dinner with pavlova for desert....all for $9.90! Unbeatable. The friendliest staff and hot fresh food in a great atmosphere.I even bought 3 beers, for a total of $6 ! I will return as soon as possible for a great feed.
Top notch home style cooked breakfast with crispy bacon as good as home made. Son said his thick shake was the best ever. Proper milk shakes and thick shakes in the metal cups. Proper iced chocolate in glass with whipped cream. Fantastic find.
Ebb and Flow makes the trip to Maryborough worthwhile. A beautiful space overlooking the Mary river. Lunch was stunning. Harvey Bay scallops with a French butter that was perfect. Main was regional barramundi with a Greek style salad. Just a delight. The owner Michael then produced Four deserts. I had the chocolate and raspberry, it was stunning. What a wonderful dining experience We will be back. Recommend to anyone in Maryborough.

Sails has an extensive selection of food and beverages. The menu caters for all food requirements. We had an excellent night thanks to the Chefâs skills and the attention of serving staff. The ambience is excellent a venue where you can dine casually or make a special occasion of it. Thank you to all

Have a break take lunch on the wharf in Maryborough. History is at your finger tips but this goes well with the menu. Some interesting choices can be made to enhance your palette. I am sure you will not be disappointed. Our choices included a delightful chowder and a wonderful hamburger.

Country style hotel serving lunch and dinner Tuesday to Saturday; great lunch specials - 250g black Angus rump, crumbed local whiting, seafood basket - local prawns, whiting, scallops, chicken schnitzel, Moroccan chicken salad all only $15.
A group of friends and I go on most to lunch around Maryborough most Fridays. In September we tried the White Lion hotel. We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. I had a chicken schnitzel with a creamy garlic prawn sauce, YUM. Looking forward to going back. Nice size lunch and friendly staff

Great venue for breakfast, lunch or just coffee. Can't fault Emma's service on tables and friendly demeanour, very accomodating with random changes to the menu. Excellent location overlooking the Mary River. Been here three times now and have not been disappointed. Well worth a visit.
