We decided to try this restaurant after a morning of shopping. I found the service okay and the meal okay. I found for lunch they were overpriced. I must admit the meal was not memorable for our family. I probably will not go back as I just found they were overpriced for lunchHi dperronmallette,I'd like to reach out and thank you for your feedback. At Jack's we always strive to bring you the very best food and service and I'm sorry your dining experience didn't meet that standard. We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients and make many of our meals completely in house- including our burgers and chicken fingers. I went there with my wife for a romantic dinner. Food was of great quality and I can't say anything about service. We asked for a relocation because it was a bit cold near the terrace doors and they accommodated us.

Just don't go there... don't encourage a place like this. Yes, the deco is great, they have a great bar and funny names on the menu, but... The service is just horrible. The waiters don't know to which table they have to deliver the food. They constantly ask you : "did you order this and that". In our case, it took forever to get our drinks, they totally forgot our appetizers and to top it all, they don't know their own menu. When asked what was the mile high club, our version of a club sandwich, I was answered that it was a very ordinary club sandwich... when in fact, it is a club sandwich with chicken salad in it. Come on! Others had frozen french fries in their poutine or too much onions in their tartare. When wainting the tables, the staff did not know if they were serving vegetarian burgers or meat one. Quite a fiasco amonsgt our vegetarians. Really ain't worth the price.

Well,if you want to eat your supper at 7:00 pm...maybe you should order it at lunchtime...ok,so this resto Ste Therese is always packed..is it because of the food or is it only because it's a bring your own wine...or is it the low prices...well...it must be the prices and the byow...because the food is really ordinary..no bangs or whistles...and the service is so slooowwww....i have been here several times in the past 20 years and every time and say..it's the last time..but the prices and byow makes me come back..but i think now that the lower laurentians have other choices in asian and sushi restos,it was my last time.Wake me up when my food gets here....

This new place just opened up near the trendy new shops in Blainville.Ordered 2 gyros, one chicken, one "ancien style".. It's pork.Both came with fries and greek salad.The salad is pretty much huge quarters of tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and a block of feta. Awkward to eat, but alright.The gyros were good, lots of tzatziki, but not really anything special.The fries though... Oh my, those are clearly some sort of frozen re-heated crap. They were so bland and starchy, we didn't even finish.I think some other side would be preferable, at least the salad was greek.. Maybe some kind of garlic potatoes would be enjoyable.Prices are a bit high.

Service was as slow as it gets... we couldnât ask for worse. Our waitress forgot our beer, was apologetic about it saying it was busy.I had a bucket of chicken wings with 2 dips; blue cheese tasted like sh... Recommend? I wouldnât recommend going there for a meal.Repeat? For the beer.
