My wife and I drove out to Joliette specifically to eat at Bing Soupe, and was it ever worth the drive. The highlight of our meal was without a doubt the assiette mixte (the mixed plate) which we shared before our main courses. Also enjoyed the decor.

I ordered the General Tao. It had an unusual burnt flavor which was so strong I couldn't even finish the meal. I have been to other Thai Express restaurants and never had this so now I am reluctant to go back.
