Sans Réservation De Juillet A octobre. l Accès Pour Le Restaurant est Sur La Rue Du Quai De Carleton Sur Mer.
Chef was quite patient as we struggled with almost no French but, with her help, we settled on a most excellent meal: soupe de poisson Provencal; a main of perfectly cooked halibut with many tasty vegetables( carrots, green beans, potato, beet and others) in a delicious sauce. Filet de Fletan maybe. We splurged on dessert with creme brule and gateau framboise, both with sugared mint leaves, meringue and marshmellow. I would say this dinner is worth a trip to Carleton-Sur-Mer.

As a vegetarian I am finding eating out in Quebec quite a challenge, and we often fall back on Italian restaurants by default. Having checked out all the restaurants listed in Carlton Sur Mer the place was a vegetarian desert so we decided to try Tosca which seemed to be the only place catering for me. We are a delicious meal - I had manicotti and my husband had pizza, both excellent, followed by an equally delicious tiramisu. Service was very welcoming and we were served by a lovely lady called Stephanie. Would definitely recommend.
