Large room filled with tea cup collections, photographs and assorted memorabilia. Abundance of fresh fruit, breads, muffins, wonderful fruit compote. I loved the chocolate brownies made in mini muffin cups! The pictures of the dinner look great, but they told me they no longer offer dinner service We stayed here, breakfast was included with room. However we saw large parties there just for breakfast. Breakfast is served buffet style, with attendants bringing fresh coffee and tea. Very charming.
Gluten free and allergen free bakery, Citron Confit welcomes you to discover fatastics breads and pastries while enjoying a great cup of coffee.
Great bakery! All their products are without the 10 most common allergens...from the French baguettes to chocolate cookies yum yum. A must taste...especially when you walk in just to see Jeremy and Gab with their welcoming smile ;)

Chez Union Pacifique, nous sommes convaincus que la réussite dâun moment agréable autour dâun bon repas est le résultat de lâalchimie parfaite entre atmosphère détendue, plats de qualité et une petite touche du vin que vous apportez vous-mêmes.
I tried Union Pacific with a colleague based on the rankings from TripAdvisor. Overall, it was mixed. The appies were pretty good. I believe I had the foie and my colleague the terrine. We thought it'd be the start of a great meal. For mains, I ordered the duck (breast) and my colleague the steak. This is where it fell apart. My duck breast was a bit overcooked. Not to the point of sending back but to the point where I didn't really enjoy it that much. However, for my colleague, they really messed it up. She ordered her steak medium rare. Now, I know there's a bit of a interpretation thing in France but I figure there's enough tourist traffic in Rimouski to know what an Anglophone medium rare is. What came back was something that was well-done and not at all what was ordered. The desserts were also decent but not the work of a pastry chef.Overall, for positioning itself as a more upscale resto, we were both pretty disappointed at what we got. Would we return? No. In fact, we were there for a couple of more days and pretty much telling everyone else to avoid this resto.

Place is a little bit on the small-side, but the menu is great, there is a whole page of burgers options, even with game meat like lamb, boar and venison! Tasty combinations, also choice of home-made chips instead of fries! Beer selection is normal. Located right onto the main street in the downtown area.

A nice place to eat and drink
The second restaurant in the region. Only 4 choices of meal at noon but all the choices were interesting. Great, friendly and quick service. Great selection of local breweries and beer. Love it! A must stop in Rimouski!

Behind the scenes, the food master Philippe Trépanier knows all the secrets of a full-flavored cuisine. The chef will whet your appetite, and delight your senses, putting his multi-faceted skills at the service of our regionâs exceptional products.
Great atmosphere and service, we enjoyed our evening at the restaurant. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was good. I ordered the scallops as appetizer, and got 2 small scallops for 20$. The plate was really good but overpriced for the size and content. The bison and filet mignon were OK.I cannot give a 4 as I felt very disappointed with the content and size of the plates. Maybe my expectations were too high because the site is so cute and the reviews are very good.

The food here is exceptional, from the appetizers to main course; the taste is as wonderful as the presentation. Chef Colombe is an artist. She & her team have impeccable delivery. I took the tasting menu, while my spouse chose individual courses. The better value was the a la carte vs. the tasting. Tasting was fun but the portions are on the small side for the price. The wine list is comprehensive and there are no deals, however there are great wines. We chose the Osoyoos Larose 2006, but every country is well represented. Service is very good, you need a minimum of three hours four would be better, donât dress up people are coming off hiking trails or a kayak trek. Children were there though I wouldnât suggest it. Not a ritzy atmosphere, we were in the sun porch section, low key to be sure, the dining room is right next to it and more in the style of the price point. Went a Sunday night and the place was packed as of 7:30. A must if you are driving anywhere near the Gaspé, on your way to the East Coast of Canada & even worth a detour from Charlevoix.

We had no reservation, but it was near Hotel Saint Germain and the menu looked interesting. After the fish soup and goat cheese salad appetizers, I had no room for dessert. My husband savored his oysters and the swordfish special. He enjoyed a selection of cheeses for dessert.
