The breakfast menu is quite large; one of us had a breakfast sandwich, (on a baguette), and the other had an omelette. The best raspberry jam I have ever had. They also put a little dish of salted caramel on the table. So delicious. (It is homemade - and they sell it. I hope it tastes as good at home)!

We have adopted Donaldo as our go-to Ste Adele restaurant when we need that certain taste of excellence. The foie gras and the asparagus salad starters were perfect. The veal liver and veal scaloppini were both excellent. The service was again spot on and unobtrusive. The frits were again spot on.

Went there a few times. The wait staff is nice, there is a nice bar, where they serve a good beer, and really good food. The ambiance is friendly, I love going here just to hang.

Location: In Ste. Adèle village. While it doesn't look like it, you CAN park in front of the restaurant (no meters, either) or in the public lot that is just past the restaurant. There is no fee to park there. The place: The restaurant is a fairly good size with plenty of seating indoors and limited seating outdoors. The caveat here, is that if you sit outside, it can be VERY noisy, as the terrace is just off the main road. Locals do love this place so it can be busy on weekends. The goods: Since they had a table d'hote menu, I opted for that. I had the butterfly shrimp with rice, vegetables and Greek potatoes. I don't have anything negative to say about this other than I would have liked more veggies. The shrimp were delicious and there were way more then I expected! My mum ordered the same thing and we were both very happy with our dishes. The portions are very good for the price. My dad ordered the filet mignon, which I know, you might hesitate to order in this type of restaurant. That being said, he thoroughly enjoyed it. I don't think you can go wrong with anything that you order here - the food is solid, the portions are good and you leave with a full belly.Service: Good.Price point: You get good value for the money. I picked up the bill but don't remember exactly how much it came out to.... I think with tip, it was about $90. If you're in the area, John le Grec is worth checking out!

This establishment has been around for decades. For local fries, hot dogs, hamburgers and the like, it is special. Attentive staff and welcoming folks on the order counter, they bring your food to your chosen table inside, out on their terrace or our favourite...at the picnic tables under the trees out side...Lester's hot dogs...we say no more...fab! The Club Sandwich selections are pretty varied too, and just delicious with generous portioning. Try the Stewart brand old style soft drinks....they are a slice of bygone eras...

Established in the heart of the Laurentians, L'Entrecote has upheld for more than 15 years a high popularity amongst the amateurs of meats and steaks. Our establishment owes its reputation to its unique and enviable formula:grilled steak served with delic
From the ambience to the food, this place is amazing. I love the eclectic decor and the peaceful tranquility of the pond right outside. try Chef Matt's special sauce for the shrimp, to die for!oh, and not only is the food delicious, it is presented as a work of art. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures of dinner, but for breakfast the jam, butter etc is in its own little jar, so very cute!

In recent past, three top restaurants in this region have closed. With twelve years of experience, Recto Verso should be the good restaurant. Maybe it's me that I'm not wild about local Québécois cuisine, but I think Recto Verso tries too hard. My wife ani with another couple had a weekend supper there. We eachhad a two or three course meal w coffee. There were three very good dishes: a carrot soup, an Arctic Char substitute for the listed fish, and two desserts - Creme brûlée and a multiple chocolate dish. Three mains and two appetizers were average at best. For example, my lamb, pulled lamb on too many onions, an over salted sauce, topped by a very fatty small chop (two good bites) was unfinishable.Go for a simpler, more delicious menu, Recto Verso!Service also was unsatisfactory: good knowledge and very personable, but we waited too long on every element.

The waiter and overall service was very good. Some dishes were good, some horrible. Donât try the octopus appetizer: very vinegary, no taste of octopus and difficult to differentiate between the radishes and the octopus. For $17 it was meager and a real loser. The butcherâs choice rack of lamb was perfect. The 4 scallops were good but overwhelmed by non-appropriate tasting veggies. The taste of scallops was lost. The service by Nikola was excellent. The basement, where the secondary bathrooms were located, was messy and dirty.

We went to Chez Milot with two of our friends and ordered from the table d'hote menu from 5 to 7 on weekdays...the food was excellent.....beautifully prepared...we sat on the outdoor terrace on a warm summer night ... perfect ambience... the beef tenderloin was done to perfection and my chicken was moist and well seasoned...one of us had the tuna salad and it also was given an excellent rating....the only slight negative I can say is that they seemed somewhat understaffed but the evening was so pleasant it did not take anything away from the dining experience....we will go back again without doubt...

It was a beautiful day for walking and St-Sauveur is perfect. While you are there check out this smoke meat place. Very nice smoke meat as we took the classic smoke meat plate for one. Not the best smoke meat but was good. This was my first time and when I got the bill, there was a change if $2.00 for sharing. I found that charge a bit cheap for a busy restaurant. I was not impressed. They also have a huge smoke meat poutine. The place is small and you might have to wait, I would not. If you get in good, but I will not wait again.
