We really enjoyed our dinner and breakfast in Les Quatre Canards. Sommelier Patrick Jackson picked just the right wines to accompany our meal, and were really impressed by the artfulness of the culinary creations that looked almost too good to eat!Bonjour dpendgracs,I thank you for your good comments following your experience at Le Quatre Canards.Your good words will be passed on to both Patrick and our Chef. We like low key, modern decor with charm and this restaurant has it. Our waitress was lovely and encouraged me to try the boudin (blood sausage) dish which I never had before. Hard to describe exactly how good it was. Lovely spice and texture, served over a fine layer of apple sauce and some lovely mashed potato. Unbelievably good and at the same time, comfort food. We also had the tomato tart and it was yummy. They are killing it in the kitchen. Best retaurant we enjoyed in the Eastern Townships.

Contemporary Quebecois Food
Wide selection to choose from. Moderate pricing. Although they didn't make it we really enjoyed a McKeown pear cider they introduced us to. The quality of their food was good with reasonable size portions.

Small restaurant and wine bar using wild, local cuisine and fresh products to create a beautiful range of appetizers and entrees. It's complemented by a carefully selected list of organic and natural wines, by the glass or by the bottle. Stop by for a dri
We were hoping to try this restaurant last summer (2017), however they were still under construction. This past weekend with friends, we were delighted to see that they were finally opened. It was worth the wait. While were the only ones in the restaurant on a cloudy Sunday afternoon, the service was friendly and prompt. Menu is not extensive but the choices are outstanding. My husband ordered the rabbit fettuccine and I had the fish & chips (snack menu). Both were outstanding. Our friends order the pheasant poutine, a soup (cannot remember the name) along with the beet & paprika chips. Everything was excellent as we could see from the empty plates. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again if we are in the area. Thanks a lot for your detailed review! It's really appreciated! We're glad you enjoyed your experience here.

La Maison Chez Nous invites you to their fine dining. At this establishment you can bring your own wine. They are open at night from Wednesday to Sunday. You can get there by public transit. They are situated in a surrounding filled with restaurants and m
The restaurant is outside of the city center on Rue Mountain and the setting is perfect for a memorable dinner. Our server, the chef's wife was very polite, and attentive during our entire visit, explaining the dishes in the menu in the utmost detail. Every part of the 4-course meal was done to perfection, a feast for the eye and the palate. We both had the filet mignon, tender Canadian beef, cooked according to our request served in a delicious sauce with spring vegetables. Our compliments to the chef and his wife for a wonderful experience. This place should not be missed by anyone visiting the Granby area for great food by a superb French chef. Last but not least, you can bring your own wine, which helps in lowering the already reasonable cost of the dinner.

Le Cellier du Roi is a gastronomic reference in Bromont. Well-known as one of the best restaurant in the Eastern Townships, our staff offers a unique and distinct service quality. Le Cellier du Roi offers a gastronomic cuisine in an exceptional environmen
Went there on a whim during the week with my husband. Beautiful restaurant, absolutely stunning setting. Service is very professional, although I still prefer having male waiters than females (not sexist just personal). My husband ordered a salade entrée and I chose a dish of sauteed mushrooms with poached egg and parmesan. Sounded delicious but honestly this was a very odd dish. Not a soup, not really a dry dish either. And really not much flavour. Not much parmesan either, because it desperately needed seasoning. Trust me, by-pass this dish.My husbandâs main dish was guinea fowl, which was very tasty. I opted for homemade ravioli. I did not enjoy the dish, simply because the « tomato » sauce was much too sweet. The raviolis were very good on their own, only the sauce ruine them.I ate it simply because I had not eaten in 10 hours and was famished. Dessert was good.Overall, good restaurant, with an impressive wine list, but some dishes need improvement. But at those prices, it should not be a hit or miss for patrons, every dish needs to be perfect.PS The best part of the meal were the amuse gueules served at the beginning of the meal.

I visited the Magog location in May and was delighted with the melt in your mouth, falling off the bone, moist and delicious Duck confit with Pear and Maple. Served with roasted veggies cooked to perfection Today I went to the Bromont location because they have an outside patio and allow dogs. I salivate just thinking about the meal I had. Can't wait to return to this area again. I will always go out of my way to eat here on my way home to NS from Ontario. Well worth it!Had a handsome young waiter who took great care of us. Thank you Nicholas. See you in September.Thank you so much! It was great having you visite our new place :) see you soon

We stayed and ate here on a half board package (room, dinner and breakfast).Only the two of us and one other guest but the food was excellent (tasty, well-prepared and presented) and so was the proprietress/hostess's friendly service. What is amazing is that the chef de cuisine - the hostess's partner - was a plumber who offered to step in when her previous chef left.Breakfast is a very nice, delicious 3 course affair so you won't leave hungry.Definitely have the duck. It was cooked a bit more done than we're used to French style (rare) but it was still excellent.Limited but good value wine list.Wow this is a great review. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with others. Being in a duck country, I agree with you it is a dish not to be missed. It was a pleasure meeting you and I hope if you come back to Quebec we will be able to greet you again at the inn!Sylvie
