Reviewed By MumbaiRidersHotel has a classic real exotic location at the foot of the Caucasian mountain range and simply because of this reason i give it a "VERY GOOD".. During winter this entire surrounding mountains would be a carpet of white ice and snow with skiing being the tourist sport.Staff attendance to "Room Service" was very poor and bizarrely my room No 410 in which i stayed for 2 nights was listed in the hotel registry in the name of another of our travel group member, a confusing case of mistaken identity. The toilet flush was leaking continuously and on informing hotel reception no technician attended the fault.while leaving i forgot my miniature "Binoculars worth US 100 + in my Room No 410 and on reaching Baku realized the same informing the hotel through our travel agent, The "Binoculars" is a total loss as it was not returned nor a reply from the hotel staff. While returning to my room from my swim/Sauna on the ground floor got stuck in the lift , the first time i faced such a incident in a lift in any hotel let alone a plush 5-Star hotel. Hope management reads this appraisal and improve their room service and customer feed back regarding my "BINOCULARS". Excellent gymnasium, heated indoor pool/Sauna as well as a outdoor pool.

Not A Good Place to Stay
Reviewed By KiflyDohaStayed in Gabala Garden Hotel for one night with family. Room was not up to the standard and stains can be seen on the bed cover. The matress was not comfortable and the room size was quite small. Breakfast was horrible without much choices and with colourful disply of expired cake pieces.

Hotel offers good breakfast and room service until the evening. It is basic business hotel offers clean rooms and good service. However hotel facilities are too basic, for ex : on the second evening we asked for iron from reception however we were informed that there was not available iron. At least 1 iron in each floor would be better,

Best place to warm yourself up
Reviewed By thdelVisited Chalet Wine and Steak House For a snack. Cheese cake was good.could be better. Atmosphere was great. Clean and well designed to cater. Tea was one of the best we had in Azerbaijan. Serving club sandwich on a wooden platter was a nice touch of variety.

Little family trip to regions.
Reviewed By james_moriarrttyIn general, you get what you pay for. There is only some moments that you have to know. 1. Refrigerator in the room is very noisy. 2. Music at the poolside restaurant is to high. I stay at room opposite to poll but I still can hear the music. Prices for rooms, services and restaurant are good. Also me and my family enjoyed very good and clean looking pool.
