Reviews on International food in Cabarete, Puerto Plata Province, Caribbean. After a day filled with windsurfing, kiteboarding and surfing, visitors to Cabarete will want to head out for the legendary nightlife. Lively nightclubs pulsing with Caribbean beats drive the nightlife scene. Not even the stubbornly two-left-footed can keep their toes from tapping when the sun goes down on Cabarete, which brims with culture and energy.

We have been here many times and have never been disappointed. The salmon in dill sauce is a winner, the steaks are tender and perfectly prepared. Mid week specials are well done and reasonably priced. One server here doubles as the pastry chef and creates marvellous deserts, of particular mention is his Key-Lime pie! The setting on Enviemyto beach is unparalleled and perfect for that Caribbean souvenir photo. It's a short drive out of Sosua but absolutely worth it.

The view is the most stunning in Cabarete at sunset! The ambiance of the restaurant is very quaint and romantic. food is good but not the best I've had in Cabarete. We started with soup. The French onion was the worst Iâve had in my life, I even had to send it back. The soup part tasted like A-1 steak sauce and the top was a piece of white bread and a piece of American cheese!! The lobster bisque was amazing!!!! My husband had the shrimp scampi and it was amazing! The baby lobster was good and the bok choy was very good. My friend had a steak and that was amazing! The service was excellent (Andrea) and attentive. The prices are reasonable. I will go back again, especially for the view!

Great concept based on waffles sweet and non sweet as well as protein and smoothie bowls. The toasts are also great!Mostly a great friendly customer service. But it is CASH ONLY!

"The universe is not simple, and neither is my food." Those are the words of our classically trained chef, Nico Figueroa. Argentinian by blood, Andean by heart, he started seriously pursuing his love of food and the art of cooking at the ripe age of 16. A
What a treat. And what a location. Stunning food with many homegrown ingredients. Chef and staff are friendly, professional and informative. I sampled the tasting menu and was impressive with the range and presentation of the entire meal. Paired with excellent red wine. So good that I am going back tonight. Thanks to Chef Christian.

I wrote a review several years ago for the Front Loop. This is my 12th trip to Cabarete and every time I visit, this is a 'can't miss'. Outstanding, friendly service, great food and drinks. Casual...on the beach..a favorite lunch spot, every time.Wow! Thank you so much for taking the time to give us another review!

I learned about Bliss through TripAdvisor and the good reviews written by visitors convinced me to give it a try. The reviewers were right. The food is good, the service is great, prices are in-between and you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. We shared a parmesan soufflé and a carpaccio. Both were well prepared and delicious. My main course was a Dorado fish with mushrooms. My daughters tried ravioli and salmón, and my son Tagliatelle con panceta. They all enjoyed their main course. For dessert, try the creme brulée.Finally, they take credit cards. One of the problems in Cabarete is that you have to pay cash in most places, be it coffee shops or restaurants.Go to Bliss, and enjoy it.

You cannot go wrong here. We have come many times over the years and always enjoyed our meals. We have ordered breakfast and brunch selections. Food and service to perfection! Appreciate the cloth napkins and metal straws.
