Place for families and bring everything you need

There’s lots of noise and kids. Resort doesn’t even have a place to get a cup of coffee in the morning until 730 and then it’s out of a machine. The restaurant that they have is mediocre. Rooms are great but they do not include anything except dishes and appliances. Bring your coffee and everything. It’s extremely clean. It’s extremely secure. About 3 miles from town but you do have to drive. Not exactly what I expected but it is what it is. If you have kids and want to stay here and enjoy the amenities it’s a great place be sure to bring everything you need. Their store didn’t even have any orange juice.

Reviewed By janethT3141JTThe least favorite of all in Rocky Pt. Due to the way treated. We had 8 people (2 small children) in a 6person condo. They banged on our door at 10pm and 10:30 saying we had too many. So the next morning we paid another 420.00 for 2 nights for the below condo. They restaurant was very nice and friendly. Excellent gourmet grouper. The pool and bar area are fine. The walk up the coastline was amazing. We drove to the fish market and sandy beach often-15-30min drives.

Reviewed By HosteenTohMy wife and I stayed for three nights in April 2022. Was received warmly by Lupita, and were able to check in a bit early. Great location for seeing Puerto Viejo neighborhood. Close to Malecón, good restaurants. Room spacious, very clean. Highly recommended for price, location. Nice breakfast cooked to order by Juan.

Reviewed By bwalsh_phxBooked a very last minute holiday vacation and this was really the only place we could get online at that time. Proprietor is friendly and helpful. The room — a little apartment — is clean and comfortable. You are staying in the yard of an RV storage facility, so it is the opposite of picturesque. Convenient for parking and driving, but there is nothing luxurious about this side of Puerto Penasco. Would recommend if you really want to come to PP on a budget.

Reviewed By kriskay3Stayed at this hotel for spring break. Got in a fight with my boyfriend so they called the police on us. The police just wanted to take all our money but we couldn't get home if we gave them our money so I had to spend the night in an all cement jail. Thats fine though because the cement bed was just as comfortable as their mattresses. Do not trust these people, they know their police are corrupt and they still got us arrested for no reason.

Reviewed By 0991We just wanted a place to stay for a couple of nights so we booked this on the web. No bar, restaurant or spa, as advertised. "We used to have those," the clerk said. The photo of the room with the bed (photo or painting in frame on wall above) and the black chair in the left foreground was taken just inside the door, and shows the ENTIRE room. There was little room to walk, or store clothes. And the bed was concrete covered with a bed spread. Well, maybe not that hard but close. We left.
