Reviewed By catwomen01Got to the room, looks straight out onto a wall, its not a balcony! WiFi useless, no water in the room although it said there was! Bathroom over powered by the huge sink, shower over the bath, not easy to get in and out. Far more basic than I expected.

Reviewed By Stephen BNot luxurious. Not big. Very adequate for the budget traveller who needs to be near the centre of the action. Helpful staff. No food here but many local bars for breakfast or a meal any time of day. Walking distance from bus station, markets and museums. Would stay again.

Comfortable room, great location
Reviewed By susan fStayed three nights, room was comfortable, clean and our beds were made each day. The room contained a small fridge, and free wifi was good. The Spanish family who run it are all really friendly and helpful. Their English is limited but we managed to get over any language barriers. Los Geranios is in a great location on a small street which is also home to lots of excellent restaurants. It was ideal to choose one of the nearby restaurants each evening and only have to walk a short distance back! It was Halloween whilst we were there and so the family put up decorations in the reception area and left an assortment of chocolates out on the counter, a nice touch. Los Geranios is in deal place to stay for several nights whilst visiting Puerto de la Cruz

Reviewed By 590amaliacThe hotel is clean, the staff is nice and helpful and change the towels daily, clean the room daily, change the sheets once in 3 days. The food is decent. It has a swimming pool and sun deck area. The hotel is quiet and we slept perfectly. The rooms are actually a bit bigger than what is shown in the photos. The price is great for what you get. Overall good hotel that is worth the money.

Reviewed By purplestaceyWe are currently on our last night in room 308. We have had a lovely stay. The hotel is in a brilliant location and a short walk from the bus station. It is like staying in a family home and we were greeted everytime we came back or left the hotel. We on occasion had drinks in the bar downstairs, which is reasonably priced and the staff are lovely. Our room was basic with everything we needed, the maid cleaned everyday. We would come back to our room and it would smell amazing. One of the beautiful things about Maga Hotel is the roof terrace and lounge which comes off of this. We didn't have a balcony, we certainly didn't need one. We went upstairs and sat on the roof watching the world go by. The views are phenomenal. Thank you for a fabulous stay. All the best.
