Lucia, Jose and Lu are amazing hosts of this boutique hotel in San Cristobal. They went out of their way to accommodate everything we needed. The rooms are great and the location next to the beautiful beach is outstanding. Highly highly recommend.

This hotel is simply the best on san Cristobal! Owned by a very sweet family. They are very helpful, they helped us getting very early breakfast for a trip and helped us when we had any questions. The breakfast was very good and served on the rooftop with a truly nice sea view, and the rooms are clean and cozy. As the owner said himself “we only want happy faces” - and we were very happy with our stay at the hotel:))

The legendary Casa Opuntia is our landmark hotel in San Cristobal Island. We offer 13 comfort class rooms, some with ocean front balconies, as well as a common seating and lounging area overlooking the boardwalk. You are only a few meters away from Playa de Oro Beach and from the small, lazy port town of Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. Take a refreshing dip in our small, fresh-water swimming pool while you enjoy a cocktail before sunset.
This is a no frills hotel with a nice pool that is in a good location and is clean and practical. Breakfast was enjoyable and individually prepared wirh fresh ingredients. There is a fridge in the communal area as well as tea/coffee making facilitirs and water dispenser (hot and cold) for refilling bottles. The rooms are a good size and have air conditioning but for us our visit was enhanced by the service all the staff provide, nothing is too much trouble and it was appreciated.

GS Galapagos Sunset Hotel located opposite the pier of tourists from Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, is the site of entry and exit of all domestic and foreign tourists visiting this heavenly place, it is surrounded by major restaurants, travel agencies, souvenir shops and less than 10 minutes from the airport of San Cristobal Island.
The Sunset Hotel is conveniently located on San Cristobal very close to the pier and many restaurants. We stayed for two nights in May 2022 in an inside room without any windows. This wasn’t a problem because it’s a very short walk to a beautiful view. But, by the second day, we did notice an issue with some very small ants (flea size) sneaking into the room by the recessed lights on the back wall (close to the bathroom in Room #4). We had asked NOT to have housekeeping after our first night. Something for visitors to consider. The highlights: breakfasts on the top floor overlooking the pier were very pleasant. Eggs cooked to order along with pieces of fruit and a glass of juice. And, a great view! Susana, both at the front desk and as breakfast hostess, was extremely helpful answering our questions and helping us set up a taxi tour of San Cristobal sites. Excellent, personalized service. Fresh drinking water was easily available from a cooler just outside the room. Very important if you’re preparing for any long walks/tours. And, the Sunset’s great location was close to a variety of quality lunch/dinner options. We ate very well in San Cristobal. All told, we thought the price was a little high for the size of the room. But, the positives outweighed the negatives as we enjoyed our once-in-a-lifetime trip to the Galapagos.

There are so many reasons to stay at Dolphin House if you visit San Cristobal! The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is fabulous. Close to Playa Mann and easy walking distance from the center of town. We had a balcony with hammocks and a wonderful view of the bay. But the best reason to stay at Dolphin House is Christian and his family! They made sure that we had everything we needed! This a third-generation family-run hotel, and the family cares deeply about the experience you have in the Galapagos. We were greeted at the airport and welcomed at the hotel by Christian's family. They answered all of our questions and made sure we had a perfect visit. The hotel will rent you top-notch snorkeling equipment for $5 for your entire stay. They also rent great beach towels for the same price. For a reasonable fee, Christian gave us a fabulous tour of the highlands and the tortoise center. He arranged our 360 tour and personally ensured that we had the best guide. His father in-law drove us to the beach one morning for free. Christian also gave us great restaurant recommendations and told us which ones took credit cards. The only cons, which were minor, is that the shower temperature was tough to regulate and the neighbors do have roosters that I could hear a little in the morning, but for us that was all part of the experience of San Cristobal. We loved this hotel and this family and we would definitely stay hear again!

Live in ARTmony at Katarma B@B Hotel. Located close to the waterfront, we are an eco-friendly art hotel, perfect for environmentally conscious art-lovers who are exploring the enchanted islands of the Galapagos. Each of our 14 rooms are designed to facilitate natural air circulation, and the hotel's artwork and architecture are all made from recycled materials and tiles. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, hot water shower, black-out curtains, and a lounge area. Free WiFI is available throughout the property. Complimentary continental breakfast, with fresh local fruits and juices, is offered every morning. Travelers from all over the world are very welcome to see our sculptures at the Airport, and around the town too. @Katarma Art.
This petite hotel is AMAZING! David, the owner is very friendly and helpful. He designed this piece of property that is art within art within artwork (difficult to articulate how cool it is). Louise, who did everything with a smile from cooking delicious made-to-order breakfasts to keeping everything sparkling clean and helping with extra linens, etc. made our stay that much nicer! Just so you know, the fabulous artwork created by David is not for sale...I asked him day after day if I could buy things right off the walls and take them home - they were all so unique, colorful and complicated. #1 on our bucket list was going to The Galapagos. Rather than taking a frantic cruise to a bunch of islands, we decided to take the advice of a Galapagos marine biologist we met in another part of the world and decided to stay on an island. You can take additional trips from San Cristobal. But, in the end, because of the incredible biodiversity at different levels of the island, we saw all that we wanted to there. The hotel (with true apartments, I didn't quite understand that before we arrived - it's a true apartment in which you stay) is 3 blocks from the beach (our room had a slice of a view of the ocean). Every evening we'd go to the dock and public areas where locals were putting on dance performances along the street, enjoying the evening air o hanging out with the sea lions as they lollygagged everywhere. Delightful little outdoor restaurants (note that these folks really do take siestas, so don't plan to eat lunch between 1:00 and 3:00). and wonderful ice cream shops everywhere. The scuba diving was magnificent at Kicker Rock and this is the island to stay to get the most out of that dive area. We loved everything about it!

Casa Blanca is an original and artistic Bed & Breakfast located in San Cristobal Island,Galápagos, just in front of the touristic pier and the seafront boulebard. It has six rooms and one suite (dome)with ocean view, an art gallery downstairs and breakfast included at the cafeteria of the house. Each room has its own character and hand made details of the islands. Personalized attention and heplful information for the guests who are always welcome!
We had a very pleasant one-night stay at Casa Blanca Isabela room on San Cristobal island in Galapagos. There was a great view from the small balcony outside our room overlooking the pier. Our location made it easy to get to restaurants and the various beaches nearby. Taxis were easy to find for visits that weren't just a short walk. We were surprised the bathroom was so big. We hadn't found that to be the case at other Galapagos hotels. We were disappointed in the taste of the free drinking water. But, that was the only issue. We didn't get a chance to try out the restaurant because it was closed the day we were there. Casa Blanca treated us to breakfast at a nearby place (very quick walk) instead. A short taxi ride from Casa Blanca to the airport cost just $1.50 if you hailed your own taxi, $2 if the hotel called one for you. Would definitely recommend for travelers.

Hostal familiar con 12 habitaciones, terraza, desayuno incluido y wifi gratis.
We stayed there for a week, wanting to discover San Cristobal on our own and on a budget. For about 40$ a night, it was exactly what we needed. The room was spacious and clean. We had a view on the sea through the balcony and on the rooftop patio. Bedding and towels were changed every other day. The location was good, just a few streets of the Malecon. Staff were eager to help. Tivi, AC, storage, hangers, clean water and 2 kitchens to prepare our food.

Comes from a traditional, hard-working, honest family, involves feelings of kindness, love, strength and imperdurables memories of that great love for our children and family. CANN's House, should and must be from generation to generation and forever in our hearts. CANN's House: The house of Christian, Alex, Nestor and Nelly
We stayed at Cann's House for few days while visiting Galapagos and it was an amazing experience. Nelly and Nestor were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and Nelly went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. She recommended places to eat, visit, arranged for a taxi tour of the island and made sure we are well taken care off. There was also a girl helping with the breakfast, Lucia, she was wonderful as well. We can't wait to go back!
