¡Nace Piacevole! Nuestra misión es ofrecer un nivel superior de sabor y calidad al antes visto, apostando por sabores ricos en tradición italiana reinventados para captar la atención de las nuevas generaciones.
So, Iâve now eaten twice in Piacevole, and I must say that itâs the best Italian restaurant in Puebla at this moment. Perfect ambiance, great service, excellent food and good prices. But, there is always a but, youâll have to choose the correct items from the menu to enjoy your meal to the max. The restaurant is big, it can hold a lot of people. The place is also popular, the first few weeks it was very difficult to get a reservation. The place is beautiful, very well designed. The bar is massive, where some very delicous cocktails are prepared. They have their own bakkery, and even though I havenât tried a bread of theirs yet, it sure looks appetizing. I also noticed there was a gelato stand, but have not paid too much attention to it. Tables and chairs are big and comfortable. The waiters are very friendly and professional, they really make you feel like you are the king of the place. A negative point to me was the music. It really doesnât combine with the restaurant. They played old (mostly Mexican) pop music from the 80s and 90s, some from live concerts. Jazz, lounge or even a little bit of dance music wouldâve been more suitable. Anyway, we started of with some drinks, and the cocktails as I said before are the best things to order as a drink, with reasonable prices. We had some starters, the filled figs with blue cheese are phenomenal. The calamari was one of the best ones Iâve ever eaten. The 1st time we also ordered a salad as a starter, but you might as well skipp ordering salads when you go. Very boring, nothing spectacular about them. Main courses I definitely recommend ordering pastas and risotto dishes. The 2nd time we came we ordered a pizza. Take my recommendation and do not order pizzas here. Very simple, no special flavor whatsoever and very expensive. Dominoâs pizzas are even better, enough said. And this was the only thing that I didnâ like about the service: they served it twice cold to us. The first time it was cold, second time some pieces were warm and some still cold. The dough of the pizza was also soft, not crunchy at all. They must have a very bad oven over there, so like I said: no pizzas, itâs definitely not worth it. What is worth it, and probably the best thing of the restaurant: desserts. The original tiramisu is great, but the mamey tiramisu was exceptional. Also the merengue topped with battered cream and strawberries was exquisite. There was another one, I think it was the panna cota, which was delicious and spectacular, as they served it with dry ice. At the end, topped it off with a delicious âbombonâ, which is the hottest trend right now in Mexico (Licor 43 with espresso, shaken). And as I mentioned before: good prices. Not cheap, but not expensive. This place is a very nice place to dine, and very understandable that this is one of the best restaurants in the city now. If you havenât already, make your reservation and enjoy. Iâm giving it a 4 out of 5, due to the disappointing pizzas and salads, and the terrible taste of music they have. If they can improve this, I will definitely give this a 5.Hi! Thanks for taking the time to write us a review! We're thrilled you enjoyed your time at Piacevole and hope to see you again.

We had visited this pizzeria before and I'm affraid the pizza now was a bit disappointing. The mushrooms were form a can and not fresh, the ham was like turkey and not from pig. Very good service though. The salad was good. vallet parking available.Downgrading on quality is never an option in a restaurant.

Lovely restaurant on a pedestrian zone. Outside tables (smoking permitted). Best pizza in town. Very generous portions. Also good salads, good lasagna, surprisingly good wine list. A tad pricey by Mexican standards, but by no means overpriced. Very busy on weekends, but fine during the week.

Located inside the Intercontinental Hotel on Blvd Hermanos Serdan, I've dined here perhaps a half dozen times in as many years during visits to Puebla. The quality of dishes is consistently excellent each time, 1st rate service and atmosphere. There are certainly less expensive places to dine in Puebla, but if you're looking for a fine dining experience with excellent food & service, white table clothes, and quality linens, then this is what you're looking for and at a reasonable price. Last evening I had a very nice Malbec with a cream mushroom soup, and perhaps the best ever Carbonara outside of Rome. Buon appetito !Thank you for to share your comments regarding our restaurant, It is a pleasure to know that you had a excellent experience and thank you for your loyalty to Alfredo Di Roma, We will be happy to welcome you back.

Went there on a Sunday for early dinner, it was a full house, rather than wait, we ordered to go, so the wait was shorter. We ordered a vegetarian pizza without cheese as my sister is lactose intolerant & I'm vegan, had to tell the person at the cash register 3 times that we didn't want cheese on our pizza, finally, the waiter overheard me & told her to give us the vegan pizza, asked if we wanted hummus on it, we agreed. Interestingly I couldn't really taste the hummus, we were charged extra because we got hummus instead of cheese, guess chickpeas must be pricey & cheese must be dirt cheap. They are generous with the veggies, the crust is thin, we liked the pizza, if you're vegan don't bother paying extra for the hummus, you're not likely to see or taste it.
