We took the plunge and put ourselves in the capable hands of our hostess Angela. She listened carefully to what we said we wanted and did not want, and then brought us the most amazing succession of exquisite bites and morsels we think we have ever eaten. Japanese with a Basque twist results in mind-blowing things like tuna belly and tomato crush, and foie gras on a wonderfully crispy patty of fried rice. Incredible carabineros too. All brought to our table at a perfect pace and with useful explanations. We cannot recommend this place, and Angela, highly enough.

Authentic Japanese restaurant in Bilbao. Without Asian mixtures. The best quality in rice, fish and seafood and everything done at the moment for you.

Unfortunately a poor experience. We expected better after the ratings and reviews, the food looks decent on the pictures but when the rice is overcooked you start off with a product that can not be decent anymore.The hot dishes have some asian flavour but it is not Japanese.The waiters are super nice, nothing bad on that.Not particular cheap.

No seating at this hole in the wall sushi place. We ordered the one person pack and overall taste was ok but pricey. Wouldn't come back again.
