Closed from 7th of January to 11th of February. Right in the heart of Venice, between Santa Lucia train station and the Rialto Bridge, and just a few steps away from the Casino, you will find a restaurant where we have translated our welcoming philosophy
Two yeras since our last visit, La Colombina retains its reputation as one of our favourite restraurants in Venice. Under the supervision of the charming owner Adriana we tried the seafood tasting menu which included several chichetta apetizsers with a distinct Oriental influence, showing that the restaurant is willing to innovate when it comes to flavours. The wine was as reliable and the service as friendly as always.

After dealing with all the crowds in Venice and the busy main streets of Murano, this restaurant on a small square was wonderful. The food and drinks were delicious and very reasonably priced. We stayed traditional with cannelloni and lasagna. The staff was friendly and the meal was topped off with a complimentary grappa.

Hidden from the busiest touristic routes of Venice, a restaurant with bar for traditional "cicheti" and "aperitivo" in a beautiful green and quite location. Come find us for a spritz, a glass of good wine, the artisanal beer and the modern and dynamic foo
Starting from the phenomenal service, me and my brother really enjoyed the starters (we had the smoked burrata with an aubergine pesto) and though our main wasnât bad (we had the pasta with pistacchio pesto and something else I canât quite remember) see? not bad but not very memorable... also the tiramisù and carrot cake were very good too!! Definitely worth a visit!

Let's face it. You are probably staying overnight near the Venice airport because you need to catch an early morning flight home. You've just had a wonderful vacation and you're looking for a decent last meal in Italy.Inside the Courtyard by Marriott you will find that Da Mario is a suprisingly good choice. The restaurant proper opens at 7pm. So sit down in the adjacent bar have a drink and eat some of the complementary happy hour snacks if you arrive early. Da Mario has a limited menu but they do a good job on what they serve. We shared an excellent dish pumpkin filled ravioli in a classic sage butter sauce. Then my wife received a large portion of fritto misto which included a fish fillet with bones, shrimp, veggies, and calamari. I opted for the assorted grilled fish including salmon, tuna, swordfish and a whole shrimp. Decent but perhaps not the freshest fish in Italy. A very limited wine list at modest prices. They serve the same wines by the glass in the bar.Have a nice dinner, drink some wine, and get up early to catch the shuttle bus for the 5 minute ride to the airport. You could do much worse.

Came upon this restaurant by accident looking for lunch and we couldn't find anywhere to park in Treviso. Excellent service with a beautiful steak and tasty salad and chips. Their tiramisu was delicious. A real find with many Italians out for Saturday lunch there. Thank you. We'd come again if we're ever in the area again! Thank you, I'm really glad you enjoyed lunch at our restaurant and hope you will come back to taste some seafood next time!

A 1 mile walk from Hilton garden Inn. My crew ate here and enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. It is pretty typical of all the Italian Restaurants. I had the Red Snapper and I can't remember any of the other dishes as they were not memorable. The waiters were very good to us. We watched one's son kick a soccer ball around in the back yard.

We found the restaurant after reading reviews on tripadvisor. It is in a very nexpected quite difficult place to find on a dark and misty evening....but well worth the effort! We had tuna with home made fried potatoes and a side dish of wild mushrooms, and a "fritto misto" which was absolutely delicious. Desert was also extremely good and imaginative! The price is quite considerable bur everything was impeccable and service was perfect. We were unfortunately in a hurry and did not take enough time to try more dishes but we shall definitely go again if passing by Campalto ( which is by the way not far from the airport and a very gourmet stop before taking off)

Just left this place. The wine was so bad we couldnât drink it. I have NEVER met a wine I didnât like (before tonight)! My veal was adequate. Husband had scallops (four of them) which were still partially attached to the shell. No one came over to see if we were satisfied with our meal and when we complained about the wine were told they sell a lot of that wine.â¬49 for that? Unacceptable!

If you don't know what to expect, at the the entrance you will never imagine how special is this place. The waiters are very professional and gentle. Even the menù is not the classic paper but a touch screen tablet where you can see everything but you need the waiter to place the order (on my opinion this is the best way). Nothing on their menú is obvious or normal. It's very difficult to choose between all the dishes.I took a very delicious meat with potatoes cream. The quality of the meat is superb. Another big plus is how they serve the ice-cream. It's a real private show on your table: they come with the liquid preparation of the ice cream you select and putting on some liquid azoto into a large stainless steel bowl creating a nice cold smoke falling down they start to solidify the preparation into ice cream . So nice and good. I'd like to thank especially Mr. Gigi, the owner, for being so kind with us. I'll surely come back for some special occasions.
