The peace and harmony provided by a minimalist design, together with the convenience of a Venice inn located in the historic center.
As others have said great place great staff and good space. If going ignore google maps or you’ll end up down an alley with a dead end. Simple answer if heading from the train or bus station walk straight until you get to Gugle bridge, go across and immediate to the left on the canal side you will see a patisserie and restaurant An alleyway is there and above it ca Pozzo sign Go down the alleyway , entrance at the end on the left.

Very good three star hotel, will return. The location is superb with excellent Giudecca canal views. The staff are pleasant, helpful and efficient. The included breakfast is above three star standard, with good ingredients. We had the panoramic room on the top floor which has good views and even a balcony, which strangely is off the bathroom. There is no lift. The only thing that needs improving is that the hall and staircases are shabby and need redecorating. In them, the stair carpets are threadbare and not as clean as they should be. They need to be replaced. But the fact that we shall return despite the staircase problem says it all. It was a very good choice for us.

Kind staff, clean hotel, amazing view on the sea. Nice spa with pool, whirlpool, sauna and turkish bath. In the room you can find also teeth brush, bathrobe and slippers. The drinks in mini bar are for first time free - that's something I've never seen in other hotel and I like this idea! The staff is always ready to help you. Breakfast normal - sweet and salted. Everybody can choose. In the end of our accommodation we got one pack of pasta from Caorle! Nice gift. We will come back for 100% as we are always very satisfied. This hotel is perfect!

Ca Dell' Arte is a new tourist boutique Hotel, located in the heart of Venice, San Samuele in note Calle delle Carrozze which also leads to Palazzo Grassi and his newly restored Theatre, a short walk from the Accademia Bridge and from the eponymous gallery and Ca ' Rezzonico Museum of the Venetian '700, and just four steps from Piazza San Marco, the Fenice Theatre and the Rialto bridge .
We really liked this hotel. True, there is not a full time reception, but we found the Italian gentleman running the place was always available when we needed him. More importantly he was very polite and friendly and able to help with a few questions we had. Your breakfast can be taken in your romm (at no extra charge) or on the small terrace. I think the options are a little less now because of covid but it was perfectly good enough for us. The location is great right in San Marco and very quiet. It is a 3 minute walk from Campo Santo Stefano which is a nice square with several restaurants and a pleasant 10 minute stroll to St. Marks square.

Located at 200 meters from S Marco square and 200 meters from Rialto bridge It is located in the heart of Venice, halfway between Rialto and Piazza San Marco in Venice Haberdashers, 3 minutes from the Rialto and 7 from the San Marco. The "Locanda" is spread over 5 floors (no elevator) consists of 6 rooms (large size) divided between double, triple and quadruple rooms and a breakfast room on the first floor. The structure is elegant yet informal meeting place for many artists who find in our guest house accommodation reserved and at the same time, central place to stay during their travels in the lagoon city. The rooms are equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, some with mini bar (on request).
Nice place - Excellent location, clean/comfortable rooms, and a good shower. However, the checkout experience was very poor. We returned the keys in the morning and left our bags there for the day as we were flying home late, which was no problem. Later in the evening when at the airport I got an email from the manager claiming we did not return the keys to them and that they would need to change the locks on the room door/front door and get multiple copies of the keys made which would cost 200 EUR. I wrote back immediately explaining that we did return the keys to the lady who was there at checkout. I then checked my bank to discover they had already pre-charged the 200 EUR out of my account!! The next day the manager emailed me apologising and said that they had found the keys in the end. When I replied he said the payment had already been cancelled and to contact my bank. The problem is at the time of writing that 200 EUR is still ‘pending’ in my back and cannot be accessed 4 days later. This was their mistake, and they should be a lot more diligent in these kinds of situations before charging people such a large sum of money. This has left a bad taste one what was otherwise an enjoyable stay, and a stressful end to our visit to Venice.

If you want to be really in Venice, feel the atmosphere of this unique city and listen to real Venetian stories from a person whose family has lived here for several hundred years - stay with Eleanor, at B&B Al Teatro! The hostess makes great coffee, serves tasty breakfasts, invites you to clean, comfortable rooms and is able to memorize all the necessary information, including the vaporetto timetable. B&B Al Teatro is the most Venetian place to stay in Venice! We were here for the second time and we intend to come back in the future. Anna & Piotr (Poland)

The Hotel Sogno di Giulietta e Romeo has 9 rooms, furnished with the utmost attention to detail, all with private bathroom and some with Jacuzzi in the room, or beautiful frescoed ceilings. Perfect for guests who want to spend a romantic and relaxing stay!
Stayed here for four nights in March. Arrived after 9pm and the keys we’re waiting for us on the reception desk with a nice note. We stayed in the ‘class’ room. The rooms all have strange names such class, leather and love. We could only think our room was called class because it resembled a classroom. Can only imagine what the leather and love rooms resembled. The room was very big and comfortable with a jacuzzi in the corner. The dinning room was literally outside our door so you can fall out of bed and have your breakfast. Alberto was on hand every morning to bring us ham and cheese. Everything we wanted to see was within an easy walk away. Verdict - Great hotel. Fantastic location. Lovely staff. Would highly recommend. Only downside was there is only two power points. If you’ve got a few gadgets bring a double adapter thingy.

The worst “hotel” to stay at. Upon arrival they placed me in a room which smelt awful. The online pictures didn’t match what the place is actually. The gloomy look, smell and most uncomfortable bed made me request another room for which I had to pay an additional £70. The breakfast was basic with toast and corn flakes. Reaching the reception you had to go through a narrow alleyway and walk 3 flights of stairs for check in and check out with your bags. The hotel is outside a restaurant and bar which the noise prevents you from sleeping, from 7 you can hear the kitchen (adjacent to my room) preparing for breakfast. No water, no kettle, no tea … worst stay!

The people were very friendly and spoke English well enough for a conversation. The room was clean and relatively quiet aside from the flood alarm which scared the bejaysus out of me. Staff told me it was nothing to worry about and to go back to sleep. The location is great as you are on a main street. Price was good too, super altogether.

The Fenice Theatre is just around the corner, as are museums, shops and restaurants. All of Locanda Antica Venezia's rooms come with a plasma-display TV and air conditioning. Relax in comfort here. Some rooms have lovely wooden-beamed ceilings and rustic décor, while others are traditionally Venetian in style. Look out over the Venetian rooftops from Locanda Antica Venezia's lounge bar and reading room, which lead into the hotel's wonderful terrace. Enjoy drinks here in the afternoon or evening, as you take in 360-degree views over the city.
We stayed for a few days in this guesthouse. A 2-minute walk from St. Mark's Square, it is located in an old building and occupies the top two floors. Breakfast is served with a rooftop view or on a nice interior terrace with a view of St. Mark's bell tower. It is well worth the four-floor walk! Our room, with stylish furnishings, was not huge but with everything we needed. Only the bathroom was really tiny. But we especially appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the staff and the good price/quality ratio. Definitely a place to recommend in Venice!
