Daily occurrence with Asian restaurants opening in Lombardia.Rather large establishment, with a fixed price menu, eat as much as you want with a bit of a difference as it seems that you can only select each item once . But there is a large selection, and our first visit here was a pleasant experience. Nice and fresh food, reasonable speed in delivery, nice management.

Small but perfectly formed. On a pedestrian street wilt limited car access for residents, this is a peaceful spot in a buzzing small town. There are a fewoutside tables behind a glass screen so booking early is essential. Space for about 25 covers inside. Lovely decor and good service, including English language menus. The sushi, sashimi etc is very good, but the tempura is an absolute delight. They even do a take out service but very discretely. Go eat.

During my last years I was able to travel in different countries with the opportunity to test different type of cucine. As of now there is only one Japanese Restaurant where I have seen high quality, strong professionally and amazing dishes.UMI restaurant with Dario (owner) able to manage and improve the level all the time. Every time that I can stay few days in Italy I use to spent some times for a lunch or dinner in UMI. What I can say more........ Thank Dario as you are a real ambassador of your culture and of your amazing dishes. For all the guests.....Dario is also providing All you can eat Menu. But the difference with the other restaurants is the quality....Dario is serving the same quality the same service and the same nice environment, with the opportunity for all the guests to taste their dishes at low cost.... so its the best restaurant for family and friends, Thanks Dario!

Personale italiano, ambiente tranquillo.Grazie ci torneremo MarcoInstagram: foodscout_eat

I'm very glad to have eaten in such exquisite restaurant. The sushi was very good but what made me extremely enthusiast was the staff, the bar tender was very joyful and funny, also the boy serving the plates was very kind and heartwarming. I wish both of them well.

I have eaten in nearly all the Japanese restaurants in Lombardy, and they vary greatly, even by the day depending on the quality of the fish! Lunch set menus are generally very similar, and prices are roughly the same. Of late the prices have come down a little as competition has set in, but therefore so has the quantity and the quality! I went to RAN due to some colleagues mentioning it, so as I was in the area I popped in for lunch. Location of the restaurant isn't great, and the decor not overwhelming, but I have to say I was happily surprised at the portion size of the fish, the quality, particularly at the price! In hoping it wasn't a one off I will go back, and looking forward to it. By the number of positive reviews I am sure that I will be.
