En pleno corazón de El Vedat, al final de la Avenida a El Vedat junto a la farmacia se encuentar este restaurante especialiado en comida a la brasa y platos típicos valencianos.Se pueda aparcar con facilidad. El salón es amplio y las mesas guardan suficiente distancia como para poder mantener charlas sin invadir las conversaciones ajenas ni que las de otros te afecten.A mediodía hay una buena oferta de arroces tanto secos como melosos. La paella de leña está muy lograda.Por las noches recomiendo pedir uno de los menús de carne a la brasa y si no se es muy comedor para una persona menos de las que tenga que comer. Las raciones son amplias y el menú es demasido para una sola persona. Incluye una ensalada, un plato de jamón e ibéricos con queso, pan tostado con allioli, plato de embutido a la brasa, plato de carnes a la brasa con patatas y un postre con tartas y helado. Por menos de 20 euros por comensal cenas estupendamente. Tienen una buena carta de vinos y el servicio es muy correcto.Si se prefiere cenar a la carta, recomiendo las chuletas de cordero lechal o el tataki de atún que es exquisito.Una buena excusa para visitar El Vedat de Torrent que está tan soilo a unos 6 kilómetros de València capital.Un lugar muy recomendable al que pienso seguir yendo.

This restaurant was a few mins walk from the Travelodge where we were staying (next to airport). The hotel staff recommended this place. There were a few bars, cafes etc around the area, but most of them werefairly basic. But when we found this restaurant, it was like finding an oasis in the desert.The quality of the food was approaching fine dining. Excellent fish dishes. Very friendly and attentive waiters, excellent ambience. Good value for money, €50 for 2 people, 2 courses each, beers, bottle of good wine.Strongly recommend this restaurant
