We came very late and luckily they still had a spot for us... This was the best sushi/Japanese fusion that I ever had! Every dish was so on point in flavor, really surprises on a plate and even the textures of the meals were well thought out. The wine menu is also very good and the staff is very helpful... Oh andddddd, the establishment is just so edgy and fun! I would buy a ticket to Valencia just to eat here... Thanks for this amazing experience!

Nos encontramos en el centro de Valencia donde podrán disfrutar del mejor sabor de la comida Nikkei, una fusión de la cultura culinaria japonesa y brasileña que te transportará a un viaje simultáneo.
We had dinner in this brasilian-japenese Restaurant. I guess especially in the evening you need reservations, because it was completely full. Our waiter Fabio was really nice and gave good advices and said to every dish what is contains. We took the 7-plates tasting menue which included also a welcome Cocktail (served in a coconut) and a dessert. The dishes were great and so we coild taste of all the different types the restaurant serves. The dishes were very creative and tasted all great.Price with 35€ absolutely okay, and also the other dishes from the menue with good prices - so all in all a good alternative to typical valencian food!

We were out looking for a place for dinner and all of the sudden a city bus passed us by with a huge advertisement saying grand opening NacionSushi. We just happened to be on the same street so we decided to check it out.Parking is not easy it’s on a main road in the center of Valencia. If you live in the city, walk, take a taxi or leave yourself time to find a parking space. When we walked in it wasn’t very busy, but it was early. We were seated immediately in the front part of the restaurant. It’s quite a large space with modern trendy decoration. The menus is quite large. They offer a mix of Asian dishes but the focus is sushi. Every kind of roll you can think of are there and then some. We started with a bowel of steamed soy beans that were very good and passed the time nicely while waiting for our main dishes. We would normally order some sushi and rolls but rolls looked so good we just ordered three rolls. If we had known how big the rolls were we would have only ordered two. The pieces of fish in the rolls are very generous each roll was cut into at least 10 pieces. They were huge!! The fish is fresh and high quality. The waitresses were very friendly and cheerful. Service was very good. As time went by the place started to fill up. More and more people came in which surprised me as the place had only been open for seven days...Now the bad news or good depending how you look at it. The restaurant is geard to families and kids which we didn’t know when we came in. They actually have a children’s play area in the middle of the restaurant. So as the place filled up the noise leave went up as well. We were seated right in front of the play area and kids were running around and being kids, loud kids! So if you want to bring the whole family for a sushi experience this is the place... If kids in a restaurant bother you stay away.We really enjoyed the restaurant but couldn’t take the kids so don’t think we’ll be back.

A piece of Japan in Valencia, a Kyoto street where you can sit in a real sushi-bar to try the best Japanese cuisine. Our passion is sushi.
My husband and I recently visited Nozomi to celebrate his graduation. Wow! It was delicious. The staff was very attentive, and we felt special all night. The drink selection was also very nice. I recommend the tartare sampler.
