In my opinion, Sents is one of the world's best restaurants. The elegant contrasts of Valencian and Asian, hot and cold, wet and dry... perfectly measured and executed recipes... well-conceived progression in the menu and carefully chosen wine pairings... it's gastronomy of the highest order, and delight beyond belief. Moreover, the dining room is spacious, quiet (with discreet chill-out background music), and has a pleasant view over a park. Service is kind, attentive, well-informed, and efficient. Sents offers only two menus: one with 12 courses, the other with 15. (If you want a la carte, try their more informal restaurant, La Cuina, next door.) I had 12 courses and it was a suitable quantity for me. At around 90 euros per person with wine pairing, it's not exactly low-budget, but still a bargain considering that the quality matches or surpasses many world-famous Michelin three-stars. Five TripAdvisor stars (or even three Michelin ones) can't begin to do justice to such a sublime dining experience. Go see for yourself!

Wow what a find this us a superb gastronomic restaurant. Food is absolutely fantastic, flavour and tastes were superb. Really glad we found this restaurant. We live 1.5 hours away and will definitely come back it is that good. The owner Jose and Trenie are fantastic hosts. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. The Secret Iberico is the best tasting pork I have ever tasted. All the meal was excellent and surpassed our expectations. Can not say enough about this restaurant yes yes yes we will be back.

We booked this restaurant using The Fork app which gave us a good discount on the A La Carte menu. My husband had visited before and was so impressed with it, we took our visitors from the Uk. It isn't easy to find (or park) but we managed, walking up the steps (or down, depending on where you park) you could be forgiven for wondering where you were going, however, once inside, this opens up into a huge restaurant with the kind of decor which keeps your attention as you gaze around at the different objects, artefacts and artwork. Service was very good and all staff members were friendly. We had a range of starters which were accompanied by a basket of warm fresh bread, there was Iberico ham which is always a great choice in this region of Spain, a local speciality dish (called Pericana) made with dried peppers, dried fish and lots of oil (too oily in my opinion) but liked by other members of the group, manchego cheese which was very tasty and mixed mushrooms.We all had sirloin steak with roquefort sauce for the main course, all of which were cooked just as requested and were incredibly tasty. For dessert there was a Piramide three chocolate dessert (shaped like a pyramid) which was absolutely divine if you are a chocaholic, and a pistachio fondant which was cooked to perfection. Modern Style, clean lines Quite swift service (we were the first customers though)The menu was described but a written sheet was available to later clients. Starters were very acceptable but one main course (mine!) contained very little (it was reputed to be a fish stew). Varying style of plates to fit the various foods - a good point.Waiting staff were friendly and efficient. Air conditioning was tweaked a couple of times as the temperature was set rather low to start.The restaurant is sited in the main street of the city, with ample parking (free from 13:30 til 16:00)
