Si tienes de 25 a 30 años y quieres ir en verano por la noche, lleva biberón o chupete. Creo que vi a mi sobrina y me hice el loco. Mucha aglomeración joven quinceañera.

After visiting the Simat Monastery we wandered into the village square and found Bar El Trinquet - and what a find! A family run cafe/restaurant where Mum does the cooking and daughter is the waitress. We started with pane con tomate followed by small fried fish. We chose main courses of chicken, lamb chops and cuttlefish - all were cooked perfectly and were in plentiful portions (3 x large lamb chops and half a chicken!). Dessert was orange slices in a cinnamon syrup. All washed down by a bottle of wine with a final bill for three of 24 Euros. Needless to say we left a large tip and thanked the family for their hospitality and great food. Simat is now always on our itinerary!
