My husband and I were attending a wedding in Turin in 1999 and went to La Credenza for lunch the day after the wedding and we have been coming back since! We live in London (now in Singapore) and whenever we can we will fly over to Turin just to savour the marvellous cuisine Giovanni has to offer.
The food is absolutely amazing, the degustazione menu is to die for! Giovanni is very creative and uses very unusual ingredients to come up with a fabulous dish. His dishes are definitely unique and unforgetable. The presentation is also stunning, Giovanni is extremely charming and passionate about his food; the sommelier - Franca - is an adorable lady who really knows her stuff! The food and wine pairing is an experience everybody should have in their lifes - should be part of the 101 places to go before you die!
You can't really describe the amazing sensations that go on in your tongue as you are tasting each morsel of food! One year we flew there 5 times in order to have this "out-of-body" experience!
Words cannot describe this place - you must try it!

The restaurant has a wonderful lake view, which is only a few meters. We are less than an hour from Turin among the most beautiful Mountains in the Piedmont. During dinner the candlelight and the lake illuminated offer a beautiful romantic atmosphere. The restaurant's specialty are many: from delicious appetizers to the homemade pasta, wild game, fresh seafood brought directlyfrom us and homemade desserts. We also have a wine list with wines of Piedmont and local mountain's wines.
I arrived to the Sunday lunch degustation menu anticipating a great meal but what I found was an overwhelming volume of amazing mountain cuisine. Course after course of decadent goodness kept arriving at our table, each dish as good as the one before.
Every dish had a different type of animal in it - beef, trout, boar, bacon, venison, different types of cheese. My vegan dad was a good sport but if you are a strict vegan this is not the place for you.
It was all too much and we did not have room for dessert or coffee. I don't know how anyone could. This must be what it was like to be royalty.

Italian Restaurant & Antique Store
We went to Rosselli 77 for lunch and had an amazing meal surrounded by beautiful, Italian antiques.
The owner is also the chef and the antique expert: a really inteersting man who created a wonderful place. The food is eclectic, but using very local ingredients and recipes, such as chicken with rosemary cooked in the oven, then "saltato" in a pan and served with delicious chestnut cream. What a find, we even bought a gorgeous porcelain vase with putti.
We'll definitely be back!

We stopped for a quick lunch after visiting the Egyptian Museum. High quality, fresh, and delicious sandwiches in the center of Turin. The location is good right off the Royal Palace Square. Most definitely the place to go for a quick lunch on the run. Very well prepared and a lot of choices. Excellent bread served hot and crispy. The variety of sandwiches to choose from is very broad and for all tastes. Incredible price €4 and €5!!

There's really no doubt this is the best restaurant in Venaria Reale
I've tested many restaurants in Venaria but there's no contest with this place
The place is not easy to find as there's no sign outside but worth the effort
Once inside you feel really at home and be given explanations about the dishes and components
Really not to miss the "filetto of Fassona" which is simply great
Desserts are great and of course wine as well
Price is really acceptable and affordable
I'll be back for sure and highly recommend it

I went here for lunch with my husband and my children when we were on a city trip in Turin. We were aided almost immediately after we arrived. It did take us some time toc choose though (there were so many choises!). It was also nice that there were different types of bread to choose from. Our panini came soon after ordering and we thankfully dug in. They were very big though! But that's a good thing for the hungry ones among us. The combinations were special and delicious and they had the traditionals as well as own inventions. In conclusion, it was a great lunch on a great day!

Hamburgher di carne cruda e piu di 60 crostoni diversi
Top quality products served with courtesy, from meat to local vegetables. No wonder it is rated number one in Turin! The service is amazing, very fast and always attentive! I was pleasantly surprised by the wide choice and quality. The bread is homemade and well toasted. The price is around €5.

We are the First Pinseria in Turin. Pinsa is made with a mixture of rice flour, soy, wheat for a leavened up to 72 hours, only with natural sourdough. Incredibly light and easy to digest. Recipes unique, particular and delicious !!! Find Pinsa Point # 1, via Barbaroux 4 or Pinsa Point # 2, C.so Moncalieri 1. Warning: consumption of Pinsa will be an addictive :-)
I'm really happy we found this place (it was a pure luck since we didn't make any research via Tripadvisor etc beforehand). La Pinseria 1 is situated right in the center of the city, 2 minutes walk from San Carlo Square. The place is tiny but very nice and clean. The guy who works there explained everything about each type of pinsa we asked him about, and in about 5 min our order was ready. Pinsa was really gooood! I recommend you to take an "assaggio" type when you get a half of 1 pinsa for 3 euros, so you actually can try more tastes :)
we will definitely come back there when we get to Torino again.
