Since 1970, beneath the vaults of the sixteenth century Porta Altinia of Treviso, the Guests of L'Incontro Ristorante are welcomed in a refined and elegant lounge. At the L'Incontro Cuisine Academy there are two sessions per day, and sometimes even three:
After reading a number of positive reviews on TA we decided to book on a recent Weekend Break to Treviso, I e mailed for a reservation and it was acknowledged very efficiently. Situated close to the River and Rail Station, hidden under a archway.Warm welcome upon arrival from staff by name on my booking. The anti pasti buffet looked amazing but at 15 Euros per person was too expensive for us. We choose a pasta first course which was very good, and after recommendations from the staff selected the lamb chops and fillet steak, both were amazing. We finished sharing a Tiramisu which was again excellent.I enjoyed a local 75ml craft beer and few glasses of local produced wine. The total bill was approx 100 Euro, but this was reflected in the quality of the food and personal service we received.

Come across this restaurant by chance and decided to try the lunchtime menu at â¬10...one course plus salad and water. Varied menu and all in our party had good sized portions. Drinks at reasonable prices as well. Service was friendly despite our lack of Italian. ...the menu was also in english which helped. Would happily return.

We stumbled across this restaurant while strolling around Trevino just before our flight back to UK after our Italian wedding and honeymoon of a road trip. I prefer smaller restaurants with soul and limited menu to big diners with millions of things on menu. Let me tell you we were not expecting the food to be this good but we loved it. Service was great too. Nom nom! One of best meals we had on that holiday.

I found this on Tripadvisor and wanted to treat my daughter to her Birthday dinner mainly because she prefers seafood and she LOVES crudo: the Italian raw fish plate which includes some smoked fish as salmon and swordfish as well as faw scampi, tuna sashimi etc... we LOVED the food... everything we ordered and had was indeed excellent. The service was attentive without being overwhelming, and the decor was pleasant. The prices were half of what it would be in Milan for a meal of the same quality in an elegant restaurant.

Great restaurant, open for quite a while in Villorba. The owner has never been keen on advertising. It is listed in the local phone book.
Ristorantino Lâinvito is a modern Italian restaurant on the edge of Treviso. Set in attractive gardens with tables inside or out and next to a small sports gym. They specialise in fish (fresh each day) and focus on food quality and presentation. Service was attentive and very helpful which was useful as the short menu is only in Italian. Not the place if you want Spag Bol or Pizza but great for beautifully cooked baby octopus or Sea Bream cooked in a sea salt crust. On Friday evening the restaurant was busy and other diners dishes all looked as fascinating as they did tasty. Their desert selection was also mouth watering and wonderfully presented. A relatively expensive treat and well wort a visit

The restaurant is very nicely decorated inside and the service was attentive and professional. The wait staff spoke English and the menus were available in English. This is a fine dining experience and the prices are designed to reflect this. Whilst we found the food to be nice we were not blown away by it. Rating each of the starters or mains, nothing scored higher than a 7.5 out of 10. The bread basket and desserts were the highlight. There is a good wine list and we selected the Castel Giocondo Brunello which was reasonably priced. The fish mousse starter was not really a mousse and was rather heavy and claggy in texture with little flavour. The prawn crudo starter was just ok. The flavours did not work well together and we'd suggest they were reviewed. The main course of fish was rather disappointing. The amount of fish on the plate was poor and the fish was served in small pieces arranged in semi-circle on the edge of the plate. The fish was dry and didnât taste particularly fresh. The beef main course was much better and was tender with a lot of flavour but cold. The desserts were the best part of the meal. The tiramisu was delicious and one of the best we have tasted. The chocolate ganache dessert was also excellent (we have forgotten the exact name of this on the menu). We would recommend this restaurant for the décor, service and desserts. The starters and main courses were not as good as they should have been (apart from the beef) and the quality varied too much between courses.thank you so much kv1234we always try to improve ourselves and thanks to our customers we are so strong, but if it weren't for the love we have for what we do or what we choose everything would be vague.Thank you for being with us. We are waiting for you again and we are sure to amaze you and remedy what has not impressed you.thank you again.

All' Antico Portico provides traditional "Trevigiana" cuisine in the shadow of the famous church "Madonna Granda".
Excellent menu with many local choices. If you like white truffle then this restaurant is a must for you. Simple but elegant. Sophisticated dishes but not overly fancy. Open Sunday evening but sadly closed Monday evening or we would have been back. A lovely walk 10 minute from the Duomo.

We were recommended to this restaurant by an Italian colleague who lives nearby and we had a great experience. Fish is the main thing hereFull to bursting with locals on a Friday night, that told us this would be good, and it was. This is not complicated cooking, it's family run and all about simple food, using the best and freshest local ingredients all cooked to perfectionWith very little English spoken here, we kind of let them feed us and we ended up with lots of different sea food then finished up with whole oven baked sea bass on a bed of sautéed potatoes that had fist been pre-boiled in broth (or so we think)If you like this type of food, we really do highly recommend this restaurant

Booked a table at carbone under the illusion of reviews it being no.1 in Treviso !! Starter was ok , T-bone steak was fantastic but desert was mediocre at best , politeness felt quite forced by main waiter and felt locals were received better although not made to feel uncomfortable , had to ask twice for bill and it came eventually after twenty fives minutes

The food is simply fantastic. Wine list is great, with several excellent wines from different regions in Italy. The chef manages to make the best of fresh local products, and the result is simply great. The restaurant has funny, a-symmetric tables, trying to be a bit out of the ordinary. Highly recommended.
