It was a bit rainy the day we stopped here on our drive through the vineyards of Kaltern, South Tyrol in Italy. From the road it's a bit inconspicuous, but I'm sure it's very popular. The biergarten appears to be the home to lots of events. I can imagine that it rocks. I can't say much about the food. We stopped just to have a drink and were delighted to discover they offer a gluten-free beer. I had two. What impressed me was how professional the staff is. They were all out drying the tables and benches and chairs when it stopped raining. They were friendly and attentive.

Agriturismo molto bello, splendida la sala interna nell'ala costruita completamente in legno. Belle terrazze panoramiche, ampio parcheggio e zona verde per far scorrazzare i bimbi. Cibo casalingo tipico buono e prezzi più che buoni.Consigliato!

Accogliente e ben ...piazzato lungo la passeggiata verso la malga di Romeno. Sosta da gustare, sia spiritualmente (magnifica posizione in pieno bosco) sia per un buon pasto, casalingo tirolese, servito con grazia e sapienza. Piatti tipici, di buona fattura e presentazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo.

Posto difficile da trovare (primo tentativo con navigatore fallito in strada senza uscita) e quando si arriva non si presenta come un ristorante e sembra chiuso.Proprietaria di poche parole, in forte accento tedesco, sempre gentile ma dai modi molto bruschi. La nostra tavola non era pronta, ci ha lasciato piatti, posate, bicchieri e tovaglioli (di carta) da sistemarci da soli.Mosche in quantità . Arredamento parecchio oltre il rustico, in linea con tutto il resto.Nessun menù, ma anche nessun elenco, semplicemente: "quello che ho pronto sono canederli e gnocchi, vi porto quelli".Portate abbondanti, piatti "rusticamente buoni".Prezzo adeguato: 4 primi (teglie in realtà per almeno 6) e 2 caffè: 25 euro.Se si passa in zona per la vicina cascata può essere una scelta interessante.

Siamo stati a pranzo da Mirella,fantastico!Dai primi ( abbiam mangiato strangolapreti e gnocchetti col sugo dellâarrosto..FANTASTICIper poi passare alle mitiche costine con tortei de patate e cappuccio..Gelato e caffè....Tanto ed eccezzionale, veri sapori di una volta !tutto condito dalla simpatia di Mirella

Wir waren heute die ersten Gäste und wurden von der Chefin nicht gerade freundlich empfangen die gewohnte herzliche Südtiroler Gastfreundschaft konnten wir hier nicht erkennen. Wir wollten etwas länger zum Essen bleiben sind aber nachdem wir was getrunken hatten weiter gegangen. Schade :(
