Been there on a Wednesday night. Not too crowded and there was a nice soft music that made you think about a Milan sushi bar. Moreover, all the staff is not chinese or japanese.There is a wide selection of dishes: from traditional sushi (nigiri, maki and so on) to hot dishes like fried noodles or rice.I shared a boat of a selection of 60 pieces with a friend of mine.The taste was great, best sushi and sashimi I have ever tried so far but we ended up paying 77 euros for that (69 for the boat+2 euros for a bottle of water+ 3 euros each for the table)

Our best dining experience in Trento. We were most impressed by the quality of the sushi. So much so that we went back the following night for dinner. The wait staff are to be commended - very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious- some of the best Japanese we've had in a long time. A highlight of our time in Trento. Many thanks :)

A large new resto in the new area. Good menu at reasonable prices. The sushi was very fresh and well prepared. Portions are a bit small. The wine is not a good deal when taken by the glass so go for a bottle. Service a bit hit and miss with one waitress particularly poor but others friendly and welcoming.
