High quality Sicilian experience at a reasonable price. The only place so far in the island where we got complimentary filtered water instead of bottled.Fast and professional service by the young owner.Recommended

English Speaking. Delicious and trendy wine bar in the middle of town. All Marsala wines served, together a choice of local biscuits, sausages etc.
This is a lovely atmospheric wine bar, not a restaurant. We enjoyed a tapas and wine evening, with a couple of plates of tapas and a few glasses of local wine and Marsala. We met the charming owner who had imbibed several glasses himself with clients on an exterior table. The young lady who served us was helpful and informative on local wines. She did try to sell us wine to take home/ship , but was not at all offended when we declined.I can thoroughly recommend the Drunken Mermaid, which is a very apt name for the placeThe cost of the wine varies enormously according to what it is, so if you are concerned about price, then stick to the more basic wines

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. The food was great, service excellent and it's great to sit on a traffic free street and watch the world go by. Do not leave this place without trying the almond wine. It's delicious and we bought a bottle to bring home.

For anyone wanting a quick bite this cafe in central Marsala is recommended. Located in a shaded piazza through an archway half-way up the Main Street it was quite convenient. Nothing elaborate but good snacks for a quick bite. We had tuna panini, which were very substantial and tasty. Our friends had prosciutto and mozzarella flat wrap, which again they thoroughly enjoyed. Cheap and cheerful but quite good.

Osteria & Vinery In the heart of Marsala, a few meters from Porta Nuova and "the walk in the city centre", from an intense passion of the chef Giuseppe Impiccichè for the Sicilian cuisine and the raw materials that our marvelous Sicilian sea and the beaut
We like using the fork and appreciated that this restaurant subscribed with the service. It would be nice if they could dim the lights a bit as it is extremely bright for evening dining. Service was pleasant and the staff spoke English. Menu had a lot of variety of meats and seafood. We shared a stuffed squid as a starter and it was excellent. Main course lamb was not so successful with excellently cooked lamb chops totally covered in a thick breading. A strange treatment for thick chops totally ruining the flavour.

Nice selection of beer, simple but quality food, nice ambience, helpful and friendly service. Beer was a bit pricey but it tended to be wherever there was more choice.

Little and cozy restaurant in Marsala, Sicily. Its rustic style with a touch of modern and the chef/owner and his staff will let you live a fantastic experience through the flavors and the taste of the Sicilian typical recipes. You can find us on the gorg
Our party of 6 had lunch at Le Isole on what must have been the worst bleak, rainy and miserable day in May that has has ever blighted a holiday. Going to Le Isole brightens any day. Greeted with a great smile our host looked after us impeccably. The 6 of us ordered across a range of things on the menu and everyone was delighted with their choice. On the day we went the view was little further than across the road to the waters edge as the rain beat on the window. No matter the weather, beat a path to this restaurant and you'll not be disappointed.Siamo felici di aver illuminato la vostra giornata! Grazie di cuore per la recensione da tutti noi!

The staff were very engaged and lovely. However, I am not quite sure what 'vegetarian friendly' means in the description. There was 1 pasta dish for our vegetarian companion and some very ordinary grilled eggplant and zucchini. The potatoes were a stand out - very good. Good wine also. However, overall, if you're after an experience of Sicilian food - this is not it - despite how nice the staff were.

This place is a fresh fish market BUT it is also a restaurant.
We visited this restaurant already three times. The food is excellent, they use unusual spices and ideas creating dishes we have never tasted before. Particularly good the Bezza of seafood, the Caponata with fish, the Polpo starter on mashed violet potato but also a classical dish like Frittata of fish. Try the Zibibbo white wine, it is delicious! grazie infinite per la recensione a presto.

This is a new restaurant, visited twice during recent stay. The staff and chef were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to make an effort for our requests. Food was very fresh and seasonal, relaxing environment in nice architect designed space located in the centre on a quiet side street just moments from main squares. If you can book ahead for specific dietary requirements it would be advisable.
