Find out what Argentinean restaurants to try in Ushuaia. The world's southernmost city is located on the Beagle Channel, between the Martial Range and the end of the world. It is a key access point to skiing at Cerro Castor and Glaciar Martial, wildlife adventures with penguins and orcas in the Beagle Channel, and Tierra del Fuego National Park. Of course, it’s also the port of call nearest Antarctica, and a unique destination for kayaking, sailing or having a drink in a warm hotel bar.

No reservations but long lines, so go early and queue....so worth it if you are a fish/crab lover. Food terrific and great value...fresh....It is an eat and go place, not designed for a long relaxed meal, but a great experience, a fun place to eat.

After a long day upon are.return drom Antarctica and diving in the Beagel Channel we worked up a mighty appetite. We found the view to be perfection while dining. We war seated right at the windows and we ordered small courses with various wine pairings and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This is higher end restaurant and will cost a bit. However think of it this way. You just spent probably the most money on a 2-3 week vacation..ever...does it really matter how much it costs if it is delious and your last night there? I think you know the answer.

The restaurant is elegant and cozy, both inside and outside. I guess there is a great view, but we were there in the evening so it was too dark to see anything. The food was very, very good. We had a mixed seafood starter, blaxck trout and salmon - everything was super tasty, one of the best dinners we had in the area.Wine was good, too.Prices are slightly higher than in other restaurants of the same category.

We are the first restaurant in Puerto Almanza. We are in a charming little fishing village on the banks of the mythical Beagle Channel, where we fish and collect the products used in our dishes. Always looking for quality and freshness of the seafood and
I stumbled upon this little gem of a spot while out on a motorcycle tour. I could not have been more impressed by everything about it. Atmosphere, service, food and even the music were all perfect. I was only having a small lunch, but the scallops and empanada were both the best I've ever had. I wish I could go back for a full meal. Seriously one of the coolest and best little restaurants I've ever been to anywhere.Gracias por comentar, los esperamos nuevamente!!

Recommended by a couple of people from El Calafate we were not disappointed . The ambience was lovely , the service excellent ( except would like to see a smile on the waitressâ face) and the food superb. I had the seafood boullibaise as a main full f seafood with that rich flavour . We had some fresh king crab and beautifully fresh salad as a starter . My wife had the prawn risotto presented with the prawns on a skewer standing up on a special plate with the risotto underneath . My friends had the Sea Bass again fresh and beautifully cooked . The deserts were creative with my wifeâs Fuego sober El Glaciar was fantastic see photo.

The restaurant is part of a hotel. The restaurant's website guides you to a fine dining review but it's simpler than fine dining. Good, wholesome food at very good prices. Service is friendly and professional. The setting is superb, overlooking the Beagle Channel.

Signature cuisine in the End of the World. Cocina realizada con productos del entorno. Nuestro restaurante se nutre de los mejores productos que nos ofrece Tierra del Fuego en las diferentes estaciones del año
While service is excellent and you can taste that the food is of good quality, the tasting menu is too expensive for what you get.For 2900 pesos per person (w/ wine pairing and w/o extra drinks) I expect to feel full at the end of the menu and that didn't happen. Portions were quite small, the composition of the plates, despite beautiful, were relatively simple. Wines were repeated in consecutive plates and the amount served was also quite small.Maybe the normal menu leaves you more satisfied.I think there is room for improvement to keep that price for the tasting menu.

Eating is not only the food. It is e experience. And La Mesita de Almanza is a place you want to return and return. Located in Almanza, this fisherman's village just in front of Puerto Williams, offers a cosy and homey place with view to the Beagle Channel. There is just capacity for 18 persons. Loreto and Lito, incredible hosts, and everything Loreto prepares is wonderful. I decided for the Centolla Volcano and I am very happy I did. Excelent Cakes, coffee but the best of all the conversation with this lovely couple.

Amazing and beautiful. We unfortunately could not eat there because our reservation was too close to our arrival in Ushuaia and we couldnât find transportation. Itâs about a two and a half hour (beautiful) drive from Ushuaia. We regret it very much but we visited them on another day. The owners were so gracious and friendly. Diana was so friendly. We had been in contact with them through WhatsApp. They showed us around their property. A lot of activities for children and gorgeous scenery for the adults to enjoy. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant/forest for a delightful day outdoors. Thank you Puerto Pirata for your hospitality!!I hope to see you again. Querida Catherine, gracias por tu visita y por tus palabras, solo falta que vengas a hacer la experiencia con centolla, aquà te esperamos, te deseamos un buen año 2018!! Besos
