The best in wining and dining and the Gardena Valley's most cordial hospitality. Steeped in tradition, our restaurant is situated in the centre of Ortisei where it has been managed by the same family for more than 30 years - a very well-known location to
The service was very kind. Pasta was like Italian pastas supposed to be ...The main dishes are not big.I will be glad to come back

Nice service, nice atmosphere. We loved the tapas for starter (peperoni, eggplant, tomato etcetera) and the desert was heavenly. But then the main course / second course: both the fish and the meat dish were far too greasy, and any fresh ingredients totally absent. We both felt a bit unwell afterwards.Prices are high.Other days in the week we sometimes used their take away and had a very nice meal then, combined with fresh ingredients from the supermarket. Just the tapas would be too heavy for our stomach.

We came here 3 times in a week and the food is fab, try the grill specials or the pasta both very good. Place is very relaxed and especially good place to meet non skiers as well as skiers as you can walk or ski here . lovely view of Ortesi

Fun experience being a healthy mix of Italian and Austrian influence of language, cuisine and atmosphere. Our meal was very good and well served potato-mushroom soup, and cheese polenta with sausage and fungi. Our waitress was friendly and engaging and spoke 3 languages which made of a lot of fun. And of course the beer was good too.

Have you ever considered a holiday at Ortisei-St. Ulrich? It is a real pleasure : the amazing Alpe di Siusi-Seiseralm has breathtaking views and normally Italian food is deliciousâ¦. the weather was not good and at lunchtime, I decided with a friend of mine to eat in the restaurant Tubladel .Actually I eat very well in Italy, but this time the food was not good, I ate very badly and also my friend Hannah : my steak was burned and disgusting, her dish looked like an insipid porridge and the bill was very expensive.

Wonderful place, especially on a sunny day. I came by several times hesitating if it is worth wasting time for lunch. Finally I stopped there and it was really worth it. Although there are so many people the service is very quick (that was important for me), the dishes are very tasty. The next time I came to this area I didn't hesotate to stop and enjoy it there. Highly recommended.

Friday after a 10 hour drive we where happy to have dinner at Annaâs Stuben. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. The dinner itself we experienced it as one of our best. The chef surprised us many different times with flavours. Highly recommended to visit. Weâll be certainly returning next year on our next skiholiday.

A modern Restaurant next to a Little lake inside a beautiful parc. The place to be in Brixen.
Once again Brix 0.1 lived up to my expectations. I had waited 2 years to come back to this magical place and again I was entranced by the location, atmosphere, attention to detail, the carefully executed epicurean experience and the attention of the amazing wait staff. Somehow I danced the whole night away on New Year's Eve and welcomed in the new year/day. We experienced both day and night meals in our 3 week visit to this beautiful town. Once again a pleasure.Dear Guest, hello Beryl, thak you so much for your Kind words. We are Looking Forward to see you.Kind regardsBrix 0.1 Team
