Don't miss this family conducted restaurant. Anna is a 'mamma' not only a chef. You will experience a real italian family meal. Everything on your table from wine to vegetables is produced by the family and it's real and genuine. Better to book if you're more than two. You will sit in a tiny but cosy ancient cellar where you breath history through the food and from the tales of Anna and her husband Walter. Great unforgettable moments...thank you Anna!

Located in a peaceful and sunny area just about 40 mt from the sea. A house that could fit together well, classical style and modern comforts. The Restaurant Lamberti, recented renovated, is in a minimalist style. The Restaurant offers a typical and tradi
Substance and artistry, this is a restaurant that consistently exemplifies Ligurian cuisine carried to its highest level. Every dish is presented with an ideal combination of premium ingredients, attractive plating and full flavor. The service is truly professional. The wine selection is deep and fairly priced. The dining room is elegant and comfortable. The menu changes with the seasons. Besides the predictably strong suit in fish and shellfish, the chef knows how to prepare meat and poultry dishes with exemplary skill. There are a number of fine establshments in town. This is where we take our friends who have the deepest passion for culinary excellence.

A very friendly welcome and a well-appointed, spacious dining room set the tone for a very good meal: the mushroom special, comprising an ever-so-refined, warm, truffled mushroom soft cheese starter, an al dente mushroom risotto and a dish of mushrooms served in 4 different ways: braised, reduced in vinegar, baked in a vine leaf and deep-fried in batter. We let the sommelier decide what went best with this: his 2008 Banfi BelnerO at â¬25 was perfect. The 80s pop sound track was, on reflection, Ligurian: it's all we heard everywhere we went in Liguria.

The site on which the structure stands dominates the entire inlet of Noli, including the historical center of the old marine republic, and looks out upon the open sea, towards the eastern ligurian coast and the Apuane Alps. The Bishopâs Residential Palace
I hate giving bad reviews however our two experiences were utterly different.Last time we felt we had landed in heaven with the beautiful dining room and attentive service. The waiter was passionate about what he was serving and the sommelier gave us an excellent selection of wine with our delicious and varied tasting menu. And to top it off, the pricing was excellent. This time we sat outside on the balcony with beautiful views of the town and the bay. The waitresses were attentive but lacked enthusiasm. The sommelier was quite frankly lazy, and used the same wine for three of our courses. The pungent fishiness of each course overpowered the other flavours although the presentation was beautifully artistic and interesting. And our meal had doubled in price from 3 years previously. Sadly, I donât think we will be returning.

I titolari Claudio
Good warm welcome at this restaurant located the Hotel Mare in the grubby and industrial sector of town.An open / visible kitchen lets you observe the chef tasting food with the same spoon used to cook & serve. Nice!No compromise on altering dishes, for fussy eaters. Menu is very restricted, mushroom, fish or game and seafood. Massive Assumption that everyone likes these! Despite informing the waiter that my wife does not eat fish or seafood, all the hors dâoeurvers we fish based!!! No client focus or attention !!! The staff have dirty shoes and clothes too! Price was ok, with a fabulous bottle of Amarone the check came to â¬170 for two people.Remember this is a Michelin listed restaurant!! Not good enough!!Dear Bigboy1959,we feel very disappointed by reading your feedback.I took some ti to reply to this review as I personally checked with the maitre and the chef what happened.Allow me then to explain what actually happened point by point, as it differs from what you wrote. From January to May our restaurant was closed due to the complete renewal of our kitchen, which is now open and visible to our guests. The new kitchen was made with the latest technologies and "tidbits"; such as the sink divided in sections with constant flowing hot water, located at the chef's station, that allows him to have always clean spoons and cutlery. It goes without saying that he did not use the same spoon to taste and serve the dishes. You listed yourself that our carte is composed by mushrooms, fish, game, seafood and crustaceans so, despite being a restaurant with fish specialties, I'd have to disagree with you saying that our menu is restricted. As for altering or changing the dishes, we have no problems at all, the only thing we told you is that the Tasting menu is usually served for al the commensals of the table. Same thing for serving things not included in the menu - in fact to satisfy your wishes, the maitre suggested the Trofie with pesto you took, which are not in our carte. We take great care in the presentation, both of the dishes and the staff: moreover, we chose dark clothing in order to avoid possible stains on the uniform to be seen, so we're surprised to read that they had dirty clothes. We are glad you enjoyed your bottle of Amarone, but we have to say we're disapointed to find out only now that your experience wasn't as good as you told the maitre, who came by personally four times to make sure you were satisfied. We would have prefered to know that you weren't actually enjoying your meal - instead of finding it out on TripAdvisor - we could have intervened to encounter your needs and make your experience at A Spurcacciun-a unforgettable.Best RegardsPervinca Tiranini

Everything about Le Pietmonisine was superb, from our arrival to departure!First off, Charlotte & Jerome and their team go out of their way to make you feel welcome and wanting for nothing. Molto simpatico. The environment is calm and restful both inside and out as you are surrounded by nature at its best along with a helping hand from the farmers who planted all the beautiful fruit and nut trees. And the main reason for us coming all the way from Australia to stay at Le Pietmonsine. The food and the wine. Jerome is a talented chef whose love of combining the best of ingredients from other regions with the best locally is obvious to all who eat here. This love of ingredients shows up in his use of the nuts, fruits and even honey that they produce themselves. We had one of our best meals here. We partook of the degustation menu with matched wines. We made a couple of tweaks to the menu proposed by Jerome which were happily accomodated. The food was delicious, generous and beautifully presented. And Charlotte did a fantastic job with the wine selections - all were very good, and whilst the Langhe region was well represented, she was not averse to including an out of towner where it made more sense - the Alsace reisling was perfect with my fois gras, whilst Lyn had the local Arneis with her octopus for example. My only complaint - I ate too much! Did I tell you about the housemade breads? The apricot loaf with the burgundy butter was delicious.Thank you for a lovely time.

Well done!In the first place I would like to greet nino's staff . The way they work is amazing , courtesy and availability make this restaurant an example . The restaurant is a typical demonstration of the italians will of creating New businesses.A balanced blend between food and innovation, well surrounded by one of the most amazing and typical square you can find in albenga, an amazing wine chart, and an extremely studied design. If you want to live albenga center..Well ! that's the way. They also provide a remarkable English translation of the menu

We enjoyed a great meal and a fantastic evening with friends at il Cucat. The food reflecting traditional Piemontese fare was outstanding. We ordered the full multiple course dinner, along with a couple of bottles of their regional wine. The proprietors take great pride in the fact that almost all of the food they serve is house made, from locally available, seasonal vegetables to their Lemoncello. Their level of friendliness and personal service is what brought our overall experience to an outstanding level.
