Ottima merenda in un posto da favola, con enormi prati e mucche al pascolo, tra le due catene del Latemar e del Rosengarten. Dalla strada, ci si arriva con una piacevole camminata di 20-30 minuti. Conduzione familiare, latte fresco tutti i giorni e prodotti fatti in casa. Comode sdraio fornite di coperta con vista sul panorama. Assolutamente da non perdere, specialmente allora del tramonto.

We had lunch last week with a group of 8 people ordering different meals (as you would expect with a group of different people). We had a terrible time waiting. Two kids had their meals very fast (within 10 minutes). The people ordering pizza and bruschetta had to wait for over 45 minutes. The meals were fine but the service was horrible, the waitress didn't bother to inform us and showed an irritated face when we asked how long we needed to wait for the meals.

The Ochsenhutte is a great place to stop for lunch whilst on a Snowshoe walk from Costalunga to St Zyprian. Great and tasty food, quick service and near a bus stop if it all gets too much!!

Locale caratteristico, con splendida terrazza esterna, personale cortese e cibo di alto livello. Dank Adtripvisor diesen idyllisch gelegenen Hof gefunden. Liegt auf einer Wanderroute ist aber auch mit PKW erreichbar. (schmale StraÃe - wenige Parkplätze) Speisen werden groÃteils mit Produkten vom Hof zubereitet. Ein groÃes Lob an Andi der uns mit seinen Kochkünsten und Produkten einen gelungenen Urlaubsausklang bereitet hat.

The Hagneralm is one of the best walks from Nova Levante walking straight out of the village through the woods into the mountains. It's a steep walk but the treat is great when reaching Hagneralm enjoying their homemade fresh milk, cheese, great bread and the most beautiful views on the meadows and mountains.

Ate at the Hennenstall with a group. We all enjoyed it. They specialize in grilled meats, so come hungry. They cook everything on an indoor fire inside the restaurant. There are a few pasta and pizza choices on the menu, but I would not go there. We shared mixed salads and grilled vegetables (excellent), then everyone chose their own meat dish. The grilled venison was especially good -- very tasty and not as gamey as most venison so that I have eaten.
