Lovely restaurant just on the principal square. 2 floors, with a beautiful wine cellar. Family owned, traditional and very comfortable. Service is fast. I had the best tartare of my whole life! Faraona was stunning as well. Definitely a place to visit if stopping in Colle!

Luckily I had read the reviews about this place being next to the gas station, and spotted it while leaving Gambassi terme. Had a great fried fish platter and some good wine. Too windy to sit out, but good view from terrace.

We ended up eating at Artevino twice during our one week stay in Tuscany. This very small and quiet restaurant offers a varied menu and decent wine list, featuring many of the local wines. This is where you go for a long and leisurely dining experience as there seemed only to be one server but she was attentive and friendly. Each dish served was beautifully plated which made this a feast for the eyes. Definitely a delicious treat!

We visited this restaurant for lunch on our last day in Castelfiorentino. The chef explained the menu in detail and upon seeing that we wanted to have fish and seafood, he offered to put together antipasti and primi, some of which were not even on the menu. The food was excellent and the portions were ample. There were 3 types of dessert on the menu and we ordered the pannacotta and chocolate millefoglie to share between the four of us, having previously gone through three courses. We were wowed as the chef served the chocolate fondante soon after, despite us not having ordered it. This was simply divine and what's more, it was not added to the bill!Definitely one of the best meals we had whilst on holiday in Tuscany.

You can sit outside and marvel at how the traffic, including long buses, manges the tight streets and corners. We had coffee and ice -cream - they have some interesting creations, even if a bit pricy. Toilets were very pleasant.

We had the seafood tasting menu here. Every beautifully presented course tasted succulent. We drank an outstanding local wine: Castella della Salla Cervaro, Antinori. The service left nothing to be desired, either. We could hardly believe they served a "pre-dessert," followed by dessert, then macaroons ... but wait ... there's .... more?! Yup. A round of house-made chocolates. Whew, were done. Nope! The final, final round of dessert was the little treasure chest of miniature pastries. When was the last time you had a five-course dessert?! I forgot to mention how gorgeous the decor was--elegant, country Italian (though leaning hard toward Frenchy). It was as perfect an evening as any connoisseur diner could dream up. We'd return--but we'd be sure to budget our stomachs for the elaborate desserts! My friends and I visited Lo Zero for a dinner in our first night in Tuscany. It was an unexpected fine dining experience. The chef makes everything by hand: the bread, the pasta. Everything was fresh, local, and delicious. Really a great experience. We went with a baby, so we had to head out at 11pm (after 3 hours) so we missed out on their dessert and grappa, but I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a reasonably priced dining experience with fresh local food. The staff was welcoming and sweet; I will definitely make a point to come back here next time Iâm in Tuscany.

The food is simply amazing. Everything we had tried very delicious and presentation of each dish is fantastic. Portions are small, but after 7 of them (plus 2 more from the chef) you feel more than satisfied. The staff is nice, very knowledgeable, good English. Wine list is super as well, and they have very good wines available from about 100 Euro per bottle, to a few thousands. The night before we had good dinner at Enoteca Pinchiorri, dinner is good as well, but you canât find any bottle of wine cheaper than 300 euro. Over all we enjoyed food at Arnolfo more than at Enoteca Pinchiorri. Very well deserved Michelin stars.
