We have been to Seville a few times over the last two years and always visit this bar when in the city. Located 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral it is well worth a visit when in Sevilla. Not overpriced and with a good menu which includes gluten free there really is something for everyone. The staff are friendly and attentive especially Gari who always has a smile on his face and makes time to ensure you feel welcome. Going back to the food the chicken curry and goats cheese & pesto are devine. Please make time to visit when in this delightful city

On the strength of our last visit, we came back and again was not disappointed. The menu is a little smaller in selection than last time but WOW every dish is fantastic and we enjoyed our time here again. Do not order too many dishes at once, pace yourself and order in small clusters to get the best out of each dish!

Restaurant specialized in sherry wines , vermouth and appetizers. Funny and elaborated tapas with fresh products. Local food and wines. Quiet ambience.
This is a very unassuming little place close to 'Las Setas' and entirely lacking in glamour. It has a row of tables outside in a sort of pedestrian section between two buildings and a small interior. The menu is fairly small, with nothing above E12. It contains the usual selection of tapas, and an additional selection of raciones (larger plates) which, to put it plainly, were each and every one of them out of this world. We simply could not get enough of what this tiny kitchen produced. Each dish a masterpiece in its own right, with most interesting and delightful textures and favours - certainly the best I had had over a week's sojourn in Sevilla. What stood out in particular was a plate of battered artichokes, a pork roast and an olive green seafood risotto, containing a sort of clam, which had a flavour I had never tasted nor will again! Superb in every respect, and excellent service. Lovely energy - and frequented mostly by locals and families. Highly recommended.

Astone's throw from the cathedral and all the overpriced ordinary eateries, this was a lovely experience from the moment we're walked in. Lovely surroundings, friendly service and delicious food and wine! The morcilla was the best we've had anywhere and served artistically with some equally fabulous chorizo and belly pork. Pigs cheek in mushroom was melt- the-mouth. Couldn't recommend this little place more highly! (Monkee not included!)

Came across this delightful place while looking for somewhere to have dinner. Slightly bustling, as you'd expect. Attentive and friendly service, eager to discuss and advise.Very good food, I believe basque style. We found this to be a welcome change from the Andalucian fare we normally found.

Contemporary bar with carefully selected tapas and wine pairings.
La Cata Ciega is one of my favourites tapas bars in the centre of Seville. It is a small but intimate and friendly bar with good tapas and better wines. If you are a wine lover, do not miss this place. They have a great selection of Spanish wines, and they are specialized in Sherry wines. Ãlvaro and Abraham will make you feel at home. Give them regards on my behalf and they will take care of you. ;-)

This restaurant is small but amazing! The food is fresh, fantastic, different to all other tapas. Staff are friendly and thorough in explaining and recommending food. Great atmosphere, great wine, not pricey either!!We went 2 nights âon the trotâ as we loved the food so much on the first night. Definitely go and book in advance or wait!
