Los Palacios is renown for some fine food and some very good casual dining options also. My local friends explained that La Liebre offers incredible value and a good atmosphere different to the rest. I loved it like a pair of my favourite slippers. Having spent 3 days in good hands I've experienced a lot of different options but when it's time to just kick back, have a few beers and some fine (and ridiculously cheap) food then I'd suggest you pay a visit.

On a main street with both indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent selection of standard and more elaborate dishes. Price is a bit higher than many other spots for tapas but the tapas are large and of better quality than the majority of other places. In a city known to have great restarants and bars, this is one of the best! A favorite from the first bite.

Después de varias recomendaciones fuimos a visitar este restaurante. Está situado en una zona donde el aparcamiento es factible. El local es muy amplio, con una barra con mesas para el tapeo y un comedor grande y bien decorado. Recomiendo reservar sobre todo en festivos y fines de semana. El personal correcto, nos ofreció la carta y varios platos adicionales. La carta es muy amplia y tiene todo tipo de productos... carne, pescado, verduras, ensaladas, revueltos... por lo que decidimos compartir varias elaboraciones para probarlas. Los precios de los platos son moderados aunque la relación calidad-precio es buena. Pedimos boquerones fritos, muy buenos; langostinos con beicon, un plato muy agradable al paladar; croquetas de caña de lomo, caseras y con un sabor muy bien conseguido; calamar frito, muy bien frito; y un revuelto de puntillitas, pimientada y huevo, muy curioso con las puntillitas fritas, pero no es un revuelto. Los postres fueron una tarta de la abuela y un crepes con helado de piñón, muy bien presentados. Un consejo que debo dar a futuros comensales es consultar el precio de los productos marcados con S/M (según mercado) en la carta, ya que el calamar frito que nos pusieron estaba muy bueno, pero pagamos 29 euros por él, creo que algo excesivo. Por lo demás debo decir que es un lugar muy recomendable.

Atrocious service. If you are traveling from out of town, you will notice that it is one of the only restaurants open during Siesta. We were starving and arrived to an empty restaurant. The staff greeted us while awaiting a large party of about thirty or so locals. Everybody knew each other by name, they could have even been family. Again, we were the only ones there originally, we had already ordered ten minutes before the party arrived, and neither our starter nor our wine had arrived yet. Huge staff, nobody doing anything but saying hello to the all the guests. When a server was nearby, we asked what was happening with our food, it had already been forty minutes since we ordered. The server went to a large gray haired man and told him, who then made his way to the kitchen. He then was seen ten minutes later putting the food in the window, leading us to believe, that they forgot to fire our 2nd course. We then waited a total of an hour and five minutes give or take two minutes or so since we had ordered our entrees. We ordered a pasta dish and three burgers, which he'd over cooked, by a lot. It happens when you are rushing. We ate, because we were starving. We ordered one coffee and the tab. The tab arrived with four coffees on it that we had to ask to have removed. No apologies for service, no apologies for lateness, no offers to comp anything, maybe the coffee? We were polite, three of four of us speak perfect Spanish and I have worked in restaurants for seven years. You've been warned.

The food was really exceptional and the service was also amazing. We were a large group of 15 people and all our meals were served at the same time, they were all done to perfections and we did not have one complaint. Everyone loved the food. The wait staff was very attentive. We did not wait long for the food to be served and the presentation was amazing. I strongly recommend La Pachanga

Un gran descubrimiento! La ternera finlandesa es algo obligado en este sitio y el postre de torrijas con bola de helado de leche merengada y azúcar glass una delicia. Te la ponen en una piedra para que la hagas a tu gusto. Buen ambiente y servicio. Volveré.

Segunda grata sorpresa en Los Palacios, q rico todo y q bien presentado los platos. Local q aparentemente no presagia grandes cosas, cuando te presentan la carta te quedas abrumado , pero para bien. Carta muy amplia y con platos muchos de ellos sugestivos. Rica cocina, platos abundantes y calidad muy buena. Cuenta con una agradable terraza y un servicio correcto. Merece la pena una visita. Todo estuvo muy bueno, bien servido y con calidad en todo lo q comimos. Buena relación calidad precio.

We were rather lucky to manage to find a table without previous booking. This is a nice restaurant with very helpful staff. The food was exceptionally delicious and the service was very good too. A nice wine list with reasonable prices and an amazing selection of dessert and sweet wines to accompany it. I highly recommend this restaurant.
