We found this place by passing and we're very happy to have done so. The service was excellent and despite our little Italian vocabulary very helpful. The food was amazing and very thoughtful: my boyfriend who is lactose intolerant had all the choices, even lactose free tiramisu was on the menue! The wine fitted perfectly and we enjoyed the buzz of this place.

Tritus is very popular in Sassari so better make a reservation ahead (ask at your hotel reception if you don't speak Italian).Treatment is not great if you have to wait: we asked for a table for 3 people and were told it would have taken no more than 15 minutes. After 30 minutes and many latecomers being welcomed before us, I was livid and complained to a waiter. In less than 2 minutes, 2 tables magically came available.Nonetheless, they brought bread (salted pizza and standard ciabatta) and took orders from people arrived after us. Because of that, we started eating over 30 minutes later.Food (pasta, pizza, grill) was generally good, portions are huge (150g + for pasta, 4-5 grilled sausages and lots of roasted potatoes). Prices are at the mid-range, main courses with sides come for 15 euros on average. It's ok to have many clients and being busy all the times. It's not ok to give favourite treatment to your friends forgetting clients that are waiting. Our experience was clearly not worth a 3 though. For this reason, go visit Tritus only in quiet periods/time, food is good for large stomachs.

Formerly a trendy disco, it has become a neat and modern burger&pizza spot.I had some battered courgette flowers (delicious for only 4 euros) and a "parmigiana" burger meal (special yellow bun, burger plus provolone, buffalo mozzarella and.. parmesan aubergines of course!). Size is huge.Shame about appalling frozen chips and for the fact most of the burgers are originally from frozen.Reasonable prices if you look for a hearty meal. No service charges apply.

Everything is fresh and reinvented with a modern approach. Starting with the unusual raw swordfish garnished with olive oil, strawberries & radish to the terrific fresh tagliolini with prawns & cherry tomatoes. Wide range of fresh desserts also featuring a peach tiramisu', cherry cheesecake and a special Sardinian cannolo made with fried carasau bread and abbamele.Starters are a bit pricey but you would miss a number of tasty plates such as octopus salad, snails in tomato sauce, a couple of carpaccios. Forget Sardinian menus filled with frozen bland ingredients, this trattoria uses local fresh produce only. The experiment is quite successful and you won't find such bold cuisine anywhere else in Northern Sardinia.

We recently went to this place twice, because we love to sit outside in the nicely decorated "garden" and enjoy a great PIZZA. I personally love the 4 Formaggi, with added raw ham, some Rucola salad and mushrooms. Delicious!

Amazing location literally on the beach with a breathtaking view of the sea and the horizon. Easy parking nearby. Easy phone booking. Friendly service. Delicious food. We had the mixed seafood starters which is good value for money. The âraviolini with cerniaâ and the âfritto mistoâ are mouth watering but the very top was the âseadas with honeyâ for dessert.Maybe a bit pricey but definitely worth it.Definitely will go back.

Family runnin business.
We visited on a Sunday at 8pm and were the first guests to sit down with a menu. We waited about 15 minutes for someone to take our order, the food when it came was very good, Afterwards the restaurant was filling up and we really were the only tourists there. It seemed like the interested to serve us disappeared after the Italians sat down. After asking three times for our bill, we finally got up and went to the counter to pay. Il Patrone was obviously having a bad evening, too many guests, noticeably not enough personnel, though they were doing what they could. Not our problem, we paid and left and won't be returning. Sir or madam..how long did you wait in your country for a mc?......sorry but our service is fast and not we make any difference of costumers wear the are from turisti are served exactly the same as the Iocal.....finally my night was fantastic happy to make money to pay staff and bills..Enjoy your rest of your holiday....and bye bye tank you....love from us.
