Find out what Pizza restaurants to try in Amalfi. If it's your first time visiting the Amalfi Coast, chances are you'll do a double-take the first time you see a roadside lemon stand. Yes, those are lemons, and yes, they are the size of your head. But despite their freakish appearance, you will grow to love these lemons because the locals use them to produce limoncello. And take it from us, there's nothing like a glass of limoncello as you gaze out at the sea from the balcony of your hotel in Amalfi. It's pretty much perfection.

During my over 2 weeks stay in Pogerola and Amalfi, I was happy to finally experience trully high quality food and services in Hostaria Acquolina. The first night (dining solo) I had a wonderful selection of vegetarian croquettes as starter and a delicious seafood scialatielli pasta. The second night we tried some of their delicious crispy vegetarian pizzas. The views to the Valles and sea from the terrace are superb! I trully hope this place will continue keeping up with the great food and services which I experienced during my stay.

Our hotel host recommended this restaurant as itâs used by the locals. We had their mixed seafood platter, followed by a pizza, both were excellent with service to match. We sat inside which was decorated really nice, with a TV showing the sights of the Amalfi coast.

My best friend and I had the pleasure of happening upon this restaurant in Atrani after a day at the beach. Christian, our waiter, was so friendly and helpful with recommendations. He brought us a toasty hot basket of garlic bread to start which was amazing. We shared the caprese salad (perfectly seasoned tomatoes and fresh mozzarella drizzled in olive oil) and we both ordered handmade pasta dishes. The sauce was to die for. I will never be able to recreate the tastes we experienced...it was truly a once in a lifetime meal. I wish I could eat here for the rest of my meals. Perfecto!!!

The restaurant, an old archway-covered boat yard, recently completely refurbished, is situated in a quiet corner of ATRANI, like a pearl in its shell, at 20 metres from the beach and at five minutes walk away from the centre of Amalfi. Ristorante Le Palme
If you want to avoid the touristic amalfi keep walking another 10 minutes and you end up in Atrani. Down at the harbour/beach you will find restaurant pizzeria Le Palme. Typical local wonderful Italien food! Three pages of pizzas all at decent prices. Well worth a visit.

Nice time for couples and groups of friends. Fresh fish of the day and good meat. Wood oven pizza. Outdoor dining.
Staying in the area, we ate here twice. The first time was a late lunch, and we had the patio to ourselves. The second was for a pizza dinner. We ate in the patio again. It was lovely both times. On a hot afternoon the breeze cools you off; on a September evening it was delightful. Both times, the service was excellent and the food very good. For lunch I had fish, grilled with a lemon sauce. Very tasty! When we ate pizza I ordered one with a smoked cheese, arugula, and tomato. Also good, and good heated up the next day. This is tasty, solid food. Not the most inventive or nouveau nouveau, but flavorful and affordable and comfortable. You can see why it's a favorite among the locals. Recommend.Oh..and the Lemon Spritz!thank you very much for your review and we thank you for having preferred us.

Canât say that I am a fan of the centre of Amalfi and its tourist maelstrom so we needed to figure out a place for dinner within walking distance of the centre but out of the way. Il Mulino is a 10 minute walk straight out of the centre and well worth it. Great home made authentic food fab pizzas and a family run team. Worth the trip and great value. Recommended.

This place needs an urgent change of management dated 3/08/19 . I was overcharged one glass of wine on 3/08/19 during my 2 weeks visit to the Amalfi coast by the (self-proclaimed) manager himself (bringing my total bill from around 26 Euros to around 32 Euros), and he refused to take the excessive charge off my bill, or to acknowledge that I had been overcharged, despite my repeated attempts to highlight that I had been overcharged. I only had a one course meal that night and so I was very concious that I only had two glasses of wine, and he couldn't present any evidence that I had consumed 3 glasses of wine. I also brought the matter to the attention of other customers in the restaurant, and mentioned that I might write an unfavourable review about the restaurant on Trip Advisor. This unfortunate experience made me think that the existing management of this restaurant doesn't really care about customer satisfaction or potentially negative Trip Advisor reviews, and therefore I would certainly never return to or recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Pogerola and the Amalfi coast.Dear Sir, I am the owner who proclaimed himself that evening. I answer you just to let you know the truth. That evening I took his ordination which consisted of a fusillo and a glass of wine (Greco di Tufo) (the first)Then you asked my colleague for another glass of wine (the second)Finally, when I asked you if you still liked something, you replied that you wanted another glass of wine (THE THIRD)that among other things I have poured you by opening the bottle in front of you since the previous one was finished with the second cup served to you. This was your dinnerThen .. you asked for the bill and when it was brought to you, you told my colleague that the glasses of wine you took were 2 and not 3.At that point the colleague called me to explain the situation to me and after giving me the certainty of having served you the glass of wine I intervened.Thenâ¦. first of all we take orders with the PDA and therefore everything we serve goes automatically to the account and therefore nothing can escape. Then if you well remember, given your insistence on not wanting to pay for the third glass of wine, initially I told you that I would have offered you a glass. But you kept on murmuring in English over and over again "bad services .. bad services" .. at that point I told you with a firm voice that you could even pay for 2 glasses of wine but you had consumed 3.Then you stood up arrogantly and making a big voice (you made all the other guests laugh) you wanted to leave without paying anything. I stopped you and invited you to pay the amount dueThis answer is only to give justice to the truth and to defend my seriousness and that of the guys who work with me.And maybe even to make you realize the figure you did ... given that ⬠4 more does not change life but save dignity.Giuseppe

Pizza Express Amalfi is a small shop that you can easily find along the main street of the ancient Maritime Republic. Here you will find sympathy, speed and a lot of "goodness"! Anything you like prepared in front of your eyes in a few minutes!
After a long day on the Path of the Gods, we just wanted to crash at our apartment with pizzas and beers. Happily, Pizza Express sorted us out with great pizzas, made in front of us with fresh dough, in 10 minutes flat. The name tells you everything.

La Rua "Pizze e Delizie is a takeaway pizzeria, rotisserie and bakery family business where all we do is purely HOME MADE with fresh and first choice products.
A quaint small local pizzeria. Family owned. Absolutely welcoming. We eat halal and they were most obliging to prepare vegetarian with washing all utensils and bakeware first and no mixing with any meat products. The kitchen is an open view one and one can see how fresh and clean everything is. The tastiest pizzas we had in Italy. The most welcoming of staff. Luv luv luv this place. A must for any stop in amalfi.
