My wife and I visited and were disappointed. Quite expensive and what they believe is fine dining. The matchings of meat and vegetables didn't quite work. We had the worst wine we have had on our Italian holiday and it was the most expensive. Servings are very small. The restaurant looks very nice and modern but the service is only average. The waiter made us feel like he was doing usca favor ny serving us. Try somewhere else.

Stumbled across this restaurant near our apartment in Salerno. I must say the service was absolutely top notch. The server discussed different dishes, which we both enjoyed. We were looking around for a place for dinner with the usual choices then happened down one of the side streets and found Hydra. It looks like a very high end expensive restaurant... very classy! We had pasta and sea bass with poppy seeds and a side dish of roasted potatoes.Thx waiters were very polite despite our lack of ability to speak Italian. They actually split the dishes so we could Share and gave us excellent recommendation for the wines....Total bill was 42 euros. Amazing!!!!

Track Two is time for lunch, because even if you have a long time does not mean that we can not enjoy a good meal in a welcoming environment. Finally Track Two has dinner with a kitchen more 'refined that closes the day with a good memory. We offer season
we stopped here for lunch before the restaurant opened and the staff were very accommodating. the food consistency and quality varied depending on what we ordered. we recommend the parmigiana, grilled fish, cooked tuna, salads.we ordered yummy prosecco. the service was really really really slow so don't come here if you're in a hurry to catch the train. however the staff were friendly and understanding when we had certain comments about the food. don't go out of your way to try this place but if you're in the area and want a place to eat, it's a reasonable option.

I was drawn to this bar by the music....jazzy show tunes will get me every time! Once they had my attention from the street, I noticed the very unique and artsy design of the interior. There are lots of re-purposed furnishings and trippy art. I was awarded for my curiosity with excellent wine served by very friendly staff at an extremely reasonable price. Some English is spoken here and they are also very complimentary to foreigners who try to speak Italian. While we did not eat the food as we were full from an earlier meal, we were completely satisfied with our wine experience at Paria. Molto grazie tutti!

The place is in a strange location (industrial area) but with a great view towards the gulf of Salerno. The food is excellent, the service is special. The design of the restaurant is odd: Lights from the floor (disco style in the 70s), a waterfall on glass at the entrance ( disturbing more than attractive), tv screens always on...Despite all these the food is really a surprise. Excellent soft baccalà fish, great hand made pasta, superb desserts from a local patisserie. All is a great receipt to push us to go back, next time just sitting far from tv screens, waterfalls and floor lights ( it is possible just sitting at the tables at the back).

The pasta and seafood was plentiful and delicious. The wine was good and reasonably priced. Service by the family members was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere inside was much like a country kitchen with lots of historical photos displayed.

Amazing find. From the beginning, the staff were extremely welcoming and chatted with us about the food we wanted. Ricotta ravioli was fantastic along with the antipasto (we weren't even sure what we ordered but they came out with a cheese and meat plate and a mixed veggies plate). Everything was tailored to our tastes and the staff continuously made sure everything was okay. I accidentally left my bag there and the staff ran to come find me to give it to me! Overall incredible and would definitely come again. Avoid the touristy restaurants and come here instead! Not too expensive either - was perfect for us as budget travelers (around 24-30 euros for the both of us)Grazie mille per averci recensiti e per aver apprezzato la nostra cucina e la nostra ospitalitÃ

Unassuming spot on the Lungomare seafront with a superb family team cooking authentic Amalfi dishes with fresh ingredients.Clean environment, outdoor and indoor seating , concise but characterful menu and a place that food lovers will appreciate .Away from the tourist traps of Salerno centre and a seconds walk from the sea .. highly recommended...My first review in months , had to shout about it ...
