Great service, great food, great wine. We enjoyed our dinner and the people were wonderful. In addition they seem to be very friendly to people with disabilities. I will return if I ever get to Adria!

Questo locale è stata una favolosa scoperta. Nonostante sia a cinque minuti da casa mia non avevo mai fatto caso alla sua esistenza sia perché non è molto pubblicizzato sia perché il distributore di benzina che si trova davanti in parte lo nasconde. Mi sono recata a cena con tutta la mia famiglia e abbiamo mangiato a menù fisso composto da primo, secondo, contorno, bevande (acqua e vino) e caffè. Ho scelto delle tagliatelle gamberi e carciofi, secondo di baccalà e polenta e patate al forno. A dir poco delizioso.. niente da invidiare ai ristoranti più noti e costosi. Il prezzo è veramente bassissimo per la bontà delle pietanze!!! Sicuramente da ritornarci

This family run place is an excellent place to stay when in the area. The rooms are simple and clean.The restaurant is very good, we ate three times as a group of 12 who were rowing in the area. The fish dishes were terrific, the room is convivial and gives a good atmosphere. One of the owners is a sommelier and so the choice of wines are good.We intend to return later in the year when they serve various game dishes.

This restaurant is simply a cut above.Magnificent food - I had pumpkin gnocchetti with salmon, and baccalà with polenta, both excellent.Great customer service, the waiter was always attentive, chatty when we wanted to chat, and kept himself to himself at other times.Lovely traditional décor, great wine collection, and finally a restaurant in Adria that turns on the air-conditioning in August so guests can eat comfortably.Grazie FTMDave per la tua recensione , spero di rivederti presto per degustare nuovi piatti , CLAUDI RABONI

Usually I do not like to answer questions like "was this the best meal ever?" or so; nevertheless I would say this place was among the top 5 of all places visited by us during the last 12 months.Do not feel discouraged to go to this place because of the banal name or because of the quite simple atmosphere. If you are a real connoisseur you will enjoy from a huge variety of excellently prepared daily dishes (which are also sold to be taken out). We were there because of a hint (received in the local organic-products shop) that we could choose vegan dishes. And we were not disappointed. Actually we were overwhelmed by the quality and innovativeness demonstrated by the young chef and his team. We chose from the vegan menu (for example "rotolo con spinaci e asparagi bianchi saltato in marmellata di cipolle rosse fatta in casa") but I also could not resist to choose another dish from the seafood menu (for example "gnocchi di patate con capesante e funghi Shiitake brasati all'erba cipollina"). How innovative!I wonder about the future career of this chef. Let's wait and see ...

its unbelievable that one can find places like this in a small italian village .all nice and proper white linen to enjoy your meal.and then the surprise specially with the fish disses one better than the other and so many of them.trust the chefs suggestions but ask for the menu card to check prices rather on the exp side

This restaurant offers a fish-based menu, a meat-based menu, fast food and pizzas.I went for the pizzas which were excellent, served in the style of the south of Italy.Prices were extremely reasonable. One delicata pizza + one napoletana pizza + one small beer + one large bottle of mineral water = â¬18. They don't have a âcopertoâ cover charge which is found everywhere else in Italy!Friendly, professional staff, who even wanted to ask our impressions of the meal while we were paying. Modern decoration.Being in the suburbs of a small town, there is plenty of street parking, even on a Saturday evening. The place was packed though, just as well that we'd booked. Trovato per caso, incuriositi dalla telefonata con il titolare, ci presentiamo in questo ristorante. Solo noi, il nostro cane ed il proprietario tuttofare. Beh oltre al cibo ottimo ed un prezzo onesto, ci siamo trovati a trascorrere una serata tra amici, chiacchiere buon vino e tante risate. Grazie di tutto e ci rivedremo sicuramente.

If you are in the area or even if you are not and want an excellent meal at very reasonable prices this is the place to go. I have taken a number of guests there and they have all raved about it. La Svolta would not be out of place in a large city such as London or Toronto. The food is very fresh, well selected and well presented. I have eaten in the restaurant a number of times and have never been disappointed. Go for the mixed antipasto, which is truly excellent.
