A delightful place to spend a couple of hours enjoying great food and excellent wine. My personal favorite here is the lasagna. While they don't have a big selection of entrees, they do have a wide selection of appetizers.... anything from "spaghetti pizza" to eggplant parmigian to bruschetta and many others. For the wine lover, they have an extensive variety of excellent wines to choose from.Very moderately priced and the owner is so personable and friendly with wonderful service. Located on a quiet side street. May just be the best place in Civitavecchia! Highly recommended!

I almost don't want to write the review for fear of more people learning about this place. Totally a spot dedicated to locals (as far as I can tell) rather than for the tourists. Loved it! Great wine, great atmosphere, very quiet outside, and good music inside. I was there on a Sunday night, and while it was quiet and low-key I can't speak for what it's like on a Friday or Saturday. The service was excellent, and the bartender let me try as many wines as I wanted before I made my selection. The cost was outstandingly reasonable - only 5 euro for the glass of wine and the apperitivo which was totally enough for one person, and an excellent presentation if I may add. I will definitely be going back here in the future. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Our hotel receptionist insisted on taking us to this wonderful, local wine bar. We loved both the wine and the anti pasto. Returned the second night with 2 Aussie and Texan friends who all fell in love with it. Otherwise only locals. Certainly not a normal tourist location but a delightful find.
